Haze is one of my favorite smokes. I guess some strains just aren't good for anything other than getting high & stoned.

Dang Partner, egg allergies? That would be a damnation for me. Cut out a lot of my favorite foods.

Yeah, of all the things to have developed an allergy to...my favorite go to food. Maybe I've eaten too many of them in my lifetime? LOL

The grow room hit a high of 75 degrees yesterday. Woo hoo! I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot of time in that nice warm room in the next few months. If the coffee pot and recliner make it down there....I'm in trouble. :laughtwo:

I mixed up a foliar spray using the SNS 604B for flowering and started the first spray on the MK x WW wide plant. I'm hoping to get some life into those leaves. It's supposed to be sprayed every 3 to 5 days. I have not used it before, so I have no idea what it will do.

Two of the other plants will get a feeding of mixed Liquid Koolbloom and Floralicious when ready. I want to see how they do with that compared to the plants that won't get it.

The THC Bomb is building buds on top of the areas I pollinated, but it still sure looks like seed calyxes' in there. It's going to be fun at chop time. LOL

The two pollinated Wildlings have a lot of amber on them. I'll probably chop them over the weekend. I don't want nanners starting and flying pollen around the area. There might be enough buds on them to make some cannabutter or decarbed weed for edibles. I won't use them for oil.

I guess that's it for now.

Hi Canna,

I bought some Blue Dream and some Chemdawg 91 from Cali Connection, which was highly recommended by my seed seller at the Compassion Club....cha ching in a big way....I figured he was pushing CC because the prices were so high....so I bought them, 6 seeds of each....I'm sorry to say I had only 2 seeds of each that were viable...big waste of $$ and a real disappointment.

10-4 Canna....at some point down the road I would like to learn how to pollinate and create my own seeds....but I am still a newbie and have much to learn as I support my patient roster and ramp up on a consistent basis...something to strive for in my future....seed prices are out of control....whoops, I am a bad girl and the mods will surely chastise me.....rebel that I am....sorry

Yepper, confusion has set in. LOL

When I ordered my seeds for this grow I received an assortment of Buddha seeds. On the first page of the grow here I listed it, but didn't document whether they were Auto flowering seeds or not. LOL

So, I transferred what was left of those seeds from their original packaging into a vial and threw out the cardboard holder. NOW I haven't a clue whether these are auto or photo period seeds!

I am heading downstairs to see if the Buddha down there is a clone, which I think it is. If it is a clone, it sure seems like it would have been flowered and finished by now.
That was the plant that spread out like crazy and produced one single seed.

Dumb azz I am, I am....sometimes. :loopy:

So, I do have one Pyramid Purp Auto seed left and these Buddha that I labeled "Auto". I'm going to get a germ going and see if I can top an Auto to a great state of harvest. :)

THC Bomb branches are going to give Momma some seeds. There is zero doubt on these clusters going on now:

And I found that I did take excellent notes when I got my seed order and started the germ, etc. The Buddha are photo period plants.

One more experiment to play with. We're going to see if we can fool this plant into making more of itself, per the results Dennise got accidentally with the extra tops and plant growth from burying the stem during topping.

I'm working with the same strain, White Widow Feminised (home grown seeds), using one of the clones in veg.

Here's what she looks like before, I'm going to bury the bottom leafy part:

This is after topping. I used a half and half mixture of the soil and worm castings and made sure the leafy part was buried at least an inch. Then a little bit of water, and will do this each day to get the soil to set around the stem.

So, I am going to try another Auto with the guidance of thebeast27. I had one single seed left, the Pyramid Purple. That plant did quite well under my own, let's see how it does with topping.

Seed is germing now.

You've come full circle, Canna. You started in the basement and abandoned it over climate control issues. Now your'e back in the basement! I think the basement is your best bet.

Honestly, what would it take to frame out a dedicated flowering space in the basement? If you created an insulated and ventilated space down there you'd be off to the races!

I think I kind of always knew I would be back in that basement someday....cleaning out the area I needed was the stopper. So many other things going on and I knew it was going to be a major job. LOL The water seeping into the garage was my final decision maker.

This room that I am using currently, and the adjoining kitchen/living area next to it will be feasible to finish up for permanent growing. There is only one cement wall to deal with. I think I have enough dry wall panels to finish that up. The drop ceiling frames are already there, but the panels are all trash.
I will finish up the current room in the next month or so, won't take much at all. During the spring I will start on the other room.

Ventilation will be nice, there is a window well access very near the kitchen that I can build a frame for to direct smell out to the back yard and get some fresh air in when needed.

Always a major something going on......

Yup! Hey, after a couple of years you know you enjoy it. Seems like that you have the space and legal status, coupled with the gratification and enjoyment to start thinking about framing out a ventilated grow space down there. You could work on the flower space first and veg in the bathroom for the time being.

The ability to dump air or not out into the window well would be a huge bonus. If you framed and insulated a dedicated flowering space then you would get bonus heat from the lighting in the winter. In the warmer months you could dump warm air outside.

The plants look awesome....myself on the other hand....not looking very attractive at the moment.

Anybody got a suggestion, besides Ice, on how to get the swelling down from a hornet sting?

Yep, there is a hornet in the grow room and he got me. Landed on my cheek, I swatted and it stung me just below my right eye.
Good thing I have today off, the swelling has my eye pretty much closed. Will have to cancel the dinner date tonight. LOL

Of all the stupid things to deal with at this time of year.

It's still in there, I don't have the courage to go down and find it right now.

BLAH!!!!!

Ouch Canna. Drat! Did you cover the sting area with a baking soda paste to pull poison out? Is that safe unattended, that close to your eye? Yikes! I feel for you Girl.

I'll try the baking soda paste! I got the stinger out with a piece of duct tape. Ah....the many uses of duct tape. LOL

Duct tape holds the universe together. I had to laugh, I almost asked you if you had any of the tape on hand! LOL! Great minds Canna. :laughtwo:
