I decided to put the droopy, sad looking clone back under the dome last night, and by this morning, it was totally perked up looking great. A combination of the temperature and the humidity, I suppose. I put a couple of the others in there to see if they also perk up like that.

But really, I'm pretty sure it's those cool, multi-colored vibes that you're sending my way!

I hope you're having a great Sunday so far. Maybe you still have some of your 'sample' left to sample?

I guess she'll have to be punished with early termination? How long do you plan on letting her live?

Well, the reason it's full now is because I put the Blue Cheese experiment in the corner of the tent. The others have grown, but... yeah. ;)

Yeah, I really don't know what to expect with these. I look forward to seeing how it plays out over the next 8 weeks or so!

Well, sad to say, but I think now it's my turn for drama. :(

Something is wrong with my clones, and I may have mites or something, I'm not sure. I can't confirm yet. On at least half of the clones, I'm starting to get many little white specs on the leaves. It's definitely affecting the health of the plants. From my initial searches, this seems to commonly be related to mites.

I don't know yet. I can't find my good loops, which I really need right now!

I'm also extremely worried that if their in the veg area, then they could be in the flowering tent. However, I've yet to see any white specs on anything in there.

I'm freaking out. I'm worried. Not sure what to do next. Going to try and find my loops.

Take a white piece of paper and hold it under the foliage and gently shake the foliage hard enough to fall any mites onto the paper. With the naked eye under a very bright light you will see them moving. They are white with two spots on their back, but hard to see with the naked eye are the spots. Stippling in the leaves is how you can tell or even small webbing on the growing tips. There are two things you can do. You can take the whole plant and dunk it upside down in the sink or bathtub full of luke warm water with Dr. Bonner's soap or you can spray the plants with insecticidal soap. Both are organically accepted. You can get rid of them, it just takes a lot of work. I noticed aphids on one of my plants out in the greenhouse and I hosed it off with a hard spray. That rips the insects out by their mouths because they are there piercing and sucking the sap. Water blows them clear off.

Thank you Garden, I tried what you suggested, but I didn't find any mites.

I couldn't find my loops, so I ran out and picked up a 30x + 20x magnifier loop and I inspected three of the clones that have these same spots appearing on their leaves. I haven't yet been able to find any definitive bugs or anything moving at all. There are a few tiny specs here and there that I'm not sure what they are, but that's about it.

I'm a bit frustrated and too much scoping with a magnifier gives me a headache, unfortunately. I'll have to try again later.

I did attempt to take some pics, but I'm not sure how they turned out yet. This camera doesn't do close ups well.

SOMETHING is going on. Hopefully I can figure it out before it's too late. Maybe it's a deficiency issue, or something going on with my soil mix. I don't know!

soil reacts slower than hydro so I wouldn't panic

maybe early phosphorus def? hard to tell until it gets a little further
