So here is my Gorilla Glue aka Gigi that I am hiding behind the garden. Training it and folding other branches. Its the only one from an undetermined seed, so is kept well away from the others but can be seen walking down the sidewalk, for now.
I am going to try a hole lotta experiments on this one, being a newbie and all. Will be posting pics of this near flowering to see who can sex this one first. 2 grams of bubble-hash sent to the winner! lol

Nice spot they got there :thumb: . Hidding behind the ghost peppers, now thats a great way to defend the ladies :D


Looking forward to see what kinda experiment will be coming.

17.5% squish top buds 7 weeks in the jar

awesum returns .. on my bc god bud .. my new lights systems mixs is producing much more and better rosin and
tell u the true the buds are awesum to smoke as well and its hard to press em .. the buds last alot longer than the rosin
u can t stop smoking the rosin it s is so very good... highly addictive we need to grow much more weed....

i think hermies go into the lawn or garbage .. u can not have that pollen getting in to your plants.. its genetics are bad..

You are right they are gnetically unstable. But if you have tried to make your own seeds thats how the bredders create "feminized" seed. Colodial silver will cause stress to the female plant and it will make pollen sacks and self polinate. The only reason I find hermies are to be disposed is if you only want bud. If you want seeds then some of the pollen can be used.

Every cannabis plant can potentially become a selfpolinating plant, given the right amount of stress.
 
I can understand the resistance to hermaphrodite plants if they are for your smoke or regs for inbred lines or fillial hybrids. My S2 was originally from Candy Kush fems. Trainwreck x OG. The wreck type ones did a little herming but one OG had rosin that was like peanut butter regardless of the humidity content. Selfing can be used to go after that one thing, other stuff can be expected. Compost the trash and clone only for the gems. The rosin is plain vicious and nothing nice about it at all. Wonderful!

u dont want hermie gentics in seeds.. .. u know how i get feminized seed .. a few seeds grow inside regular buds
without pollen... this seed, if you fine one, is a feminized seed it will only grow a female plant every time..
lucked out with this bc god bud regular seed .. the reg females made feminized seeds for me ..
its like a seed jackpot at the casino... this seeds just keep making great female flowers

my current grow with the hermie was do si do after asking Canuk seeds are sending a replacement seed and
a freebie .. 2 seeds for 1 hermie.. better than nothing but what a lost to me, actual and the potential loss..
miss 1/2 lbs of buds.. and 60 bucks ferts soil light etc ..

if you use hermie pollen lots of problems u dont know what your going to get and when u might get it ..

Ideally no one wants hermies. :thumb: your right about that. Specially if you buy seeds and turn out hermie that sucks! better get some refund.

I am very happy to hear that.
My present grow has a Gorilla Glue which I hid behind the veg garden. Training it horizontal but kept well away from my cafe racers in case it was a hermie. It DID come from a non-pollinated female.

I have had female clones yet one turned hermie. I was told that sometimes if you put too many fems together that one may turn due to survival instincts. I can't think of any other reason.
