Canada Guy's Medical Fusion Grow

Day 56

Not much to report. All grows well.

You could get lost in that jungle. You must be thinking the flip is coming any day?
Yeah they are getting really bushy and it's almost impossible to reach Diesel #3. They are also getting wide so they are hard to move around as I want to make sure I don't break more colas. Flip day could be any day now, I would like to give them one more feeding before moving on to flower mode. Also I would like to see some more height as they are all about 6 inches tall right now.

Not very tall but they sure are wide

Day 57

It's picture day!! We missed last week so this week they are looking massive. The girls are actually too big to do this inside the tent so I dragged everyone outside for pics. When taking pictures outside of an indoor marijuana forest one must be aware of the potential to be seen... The LSD trio is getting a little thirsty but the Diesels are drinking much slower. Also Diesel #1 and #3 are much smaller than #2 and #4. A few more days of veg and we will be flipping, it's not a set in stone date, just when I feel they are ready I will flip them. I moved everyone over and moved the light a bit too as LSD #1 was starting to get squished to the wall. I did buy a 4x8 might as well use it. Alright enough talking on with the pictures!

Thanks for following along!

Thanks. Lovely photos as always. I especially liked the top-down views so I could see how you trained them. Looks great. Maybe for the next photo shoot you could take them to the beach? Just a suggestion. ;)

Aye mate! You're gonna have a lifetime supply in one grow!

Thank you for your kind words. . Just for fun I bent many branches over and under each other, over several weeks, one inch at a time sometimes. If I took them to the beach I think I would have more than a police chopper watching me lol. Fortunately this grow is 100% legal and I have documents to prove it. A lifetime supply? Maybe not lol, we will see how they flower. I am hoping for 12 ounces dry all together.

Ya I'm papered also, I still go stealth out here and my nearest neighbor is a good mile away. For some reason I can't help feeling like I'm still a sneaking pot grower. I have a few outside (autos) for fun, the real show is in my shop.

I feel the same even though I, too, am fully "papered." Decades of stigma don't just disappear overnight (nor does the memory or the still publicly visible legal records of having been busted for smoking a doobie over 40 years ago...).

I do feel like I need to speak up for cannabis users a little bit every now and then to try to reset the discussion--to remind people that there are a lot of high achieving (no pun intended) people who contribute to society who also just happen to get high sometimes. I sit in meetings at big corporations where everyone sitting around the table is still pretending that they've never even tried the stuff when almost certainly everyone has (and the people who haven't are often the least imaginative, rule-bound people in the room).

Not to run the grow log into the weeds (ha!)...

Day 58

Today everyone got a nutrified watering. They took 40 liters all together. I picked off a couple leaves, tied everyone down more, broke a couple branches again, the usual. We are going to flip to flower possibly on Monday. Diesel #3 had one single mangled leaf.

What's eating you Diesel #3?

Between 7 plants is 40 liters of water a lot? It didn't seem that much to me.

I do about 1 liter per gallon of soil in flower (frequent watering), about 1.5 liters per gallon in veg (drying out between waterings.)

I guess I mixed unit there :)

Let's change that to: 1/4 liter of water per liter of soil in flower (frequent watering), and up to 1/2 liter water per liter of soil in veg (drying out between waterings.)
