Cafe Racer Outdoor And Indoor, Perpetual Grow

I took the main stem off just above a node, " 2 branches " .
Then I'll tie the branches out flat.
I'll post 2 pics.
But you should steak and tie them.
6' bamboo steaks and a 100' of twine.
Push the steaks in the ground and wrap the twine around, holding up branches.
A 6" trellis would be good but too late I fear.
Ok let me see if I can transfer pics from my phone.
Hope your doing good Amigo.

You can cut lower if you like.
Do you understand about the twine & poles?

Sorry for not relpying, thought I did. I did cut them way lower but your pics were awsesome and copied the method.

Seems to have slowed the growtht. Thanks.

Cheers!

After u top.her and trim.up.give her a dose of nutes nitrogen will help her recover faster
Thank you for the advice, @Mountainman80 . Much appreciated.

This is my first semi-educated grow and spent quite a bit on cal-mag, pot. silicate, root innoculators and such.
I also use Bokashi, Frass and worm-castings.
My 20-20-20 is high in nutes so do you know of a nitrogen strong additive without over-powering ?

BTW. Thanks so much for your input.

I use flora grow veg .I use half dose most the time just keep nute on light side avoids burning them but fish emulsion is the best u can get will not burn ur plants but it comes with a smell will go away after a day or so its good for all stages of growth

Hey Bill, Hope you and Howie are all groovy baby!
Second applcation was done outside today. The girls have grown so much that I added another 2 feet extension onto one of my existing frames. Put some twine around it and it just might hold them when they get heavy.
I hope to "feck" that they are into flower... 8 feet is too high and glad that my Italian neighbour is cool thus far. ( I did chop my cedars so his garden would get sun).
Paying forward has paid off!:slide:

My second pic is a close-up of the top, I pray that the flower is starting.

Thanks to everyone, I have learned alot this year.
Moreso. I learned what not to do next outdoor season.

All in all, the future ladies are wearing a black dress with stilettos and looking damn fine!:yahoo:

Biggest challenge will be to stabilize the outdoor monsters from snapping during heavy rains and winds.
Thank you @Bill284, @Azimuth and @danishoes21 .
I may just survive these upcoming nonforseeables thanks to your inputs!
:thanks:
I see a pistil. :yahoo:
So where there is one there is more.
Looks like your just into flower.
Be prepared for some more stretching.
Good thing you have a nice neighbor.
Hope your having a nice morning my friend. :ciao:

Noooo! No more stretching! :nervous-guy:
They are almost at 8 feet as it is! Had some heavy winds and rain before. Took a picture from my bedroom window. My extensions seems to have helped.

Yet it still looks like I am going to have to scrog the heck out of them.

As for my neighbour, I will ask him if his garden is getting enough sun. I cut 10 feet off my cedars the year I moved in after he mentionned the lack of sun.
Just may have to kiss his butt some more.:eye-roll:
Have a good one, my friend.

If you mention you will share your harvest with him he may be more receptive.
I ended up over 12' tall one year after stretching.
Big ass trees buddy, be prepared.
Take care.

If your neighbour is chill thats good, gives you confidence for the coming weeks. Now they are tall but soon they will be tall and smelling great!

If you keep that good relationship (a little butt kissing), great harvest to come with almost no stress.

looking forward to see the girls fill up some buds. You've done some great work Scott.

lol Bill! I doubt that he smokes.
I still remember your Jack Herer plant. Freaking huge!

Hi y'all!

Quick up date. Everything is GROOVY BABY! :yahoo: :slide:

The inside downstair plants are in 5th week of flower and the outside plants are in their second and I think I was able to stabilize them sufficient for most foul weather.
Only concern was a lower branch with little yield potential and no direct sun. The buds were blackish so I didn't chance it and snipped the bugger.

Hope you all have a great week-end.

Cheers!

Hey y'all! I hope all is groovy as groovy can be without getting into trouble.
Remember when I had to top my monster fence plants a foot foot off? Stuck the 8 into 4 pots, as Bill suggested in hopes of saving them, with rooting stuff. Put them behind my garden where my hermaphrodite was.
6 of the are doing alright. Yay! :yahoo:

As of my phase ll of perpetual grow. I grew 3 clones but only had room for two so I put the lesser with the tomatoes. May just get 1/4 ounce or more from it.
IMG_20220831_174239_resized_20220831_054435845.jpg

And I forgot all about these little buggers I trimmed from the undergrowth on the monsters. Just stuck them in the dirt and forgot about them. The garden has automated watering.

Will add these to my hash makings. Amazing how resiliant they can be with enough water and sun.

One slight concern though. One of my outside girls, Ida, has a small brown spot at the bottom of each flower. Needed to use Andrea's camera to get a half decent capture. It is the only one of the four that has them.

Can anyone see it? Is it something I should react to?

Have a good 1 gents.

Thanks, Bill. I doubt it though. It is exactly the same on every one in the exact same spot.
As Danish mentioned in the following thread, it may be rust.

Plants look awesome Scott, I couldn’t really see a brown spot. If you suspect of rust, I had that early on veg and used a natural supplement for cal/mag and manganese
I used Andreas camera on that last picture. I see them in every one yet the one in the middle is more pronounced.

I will definitly keep an eye on it, Bill
PXL_20220831_Ida.jpg
.

Thanks, bros

Edit. Checked them out. Every bud is browning like this one. Soil is still heavy, just rained and is cold for September 1st. I have Cal-Mag, they all got some 5 weeks ago, between nute feeding.
Besides my 20-20-20, I have no other source of Manganese.

Is there an organic supplement that would help?
I have dandy tea, sea weed, egg and banana peel stewing.

PS... Thanks again. lol

Do you have Epsom salts, foliar spray and top dress.
I don't see a mag deficiency though so no panic.
Have a great day my friend.

I have salts and a foliar spray appliable after sundown. What is top dressing? I have bockashi, frass and worm casting.

I am afraid that it got worse, sob.

Never saw this before. If I need to buy something, I should move fast.

Thanks, Bill.

Not 100 % sure what that is.
But in flower a 10 % solution of h202 and water kills all kinds of stuff.
And it's harmless to her.
Spray it.
Put Bokashi & frass at the base of the plants when you water ( Top dress ) 😉
Let me know if that progresses.

Thanks Bill.

By H2o2, do you mean hydrogen peroxide?

Thanks for the 411 on the top. Much appreciated knowing how busy you. I DO follow you after -all. I must admit, you can start a cult.
Will top her now.
Cheers!

Hi Danish. I have cal-mag in a bottle but no manganese. Although I have given them a Cal-mag boost earlier on, my 20-20-20 nutes have plenty og manganese.

The top dressing didn't seem to help so will spray a 10% solution of h202, presuming that is hydrogen peroxide.

Been a while since I saw a post from your grow. All is well, I hope.
Cheers!
