CA215 Indoor #3

Absolutely incredible. Do you let the soil dry out between waterings or do you keep it wet like a hydro grower?

Thanks for the kind words b! I don't let them dry out completely, but considerably, right to the point of the leaves looking like they are about to or are drooping, but preferably before the droop. I have found this to be 3 days in my conditions, but I am going to have to start watering a little more often on the hazes as they don't have that extra pot underneath them and are starting to drink a lot quicker. Today marks WEEK 3 of flower, the girls sure have stretched. Going to get some more shots tomorrow :peace: CA

Looking good bro!

I am exactly the same as you. I'm scared to death of nute burn so I try to go super light on the nutrients. Then I worry I'm starving them. Not knowing my ph was just making it more difficult to tell.

I think the reason some strains of mine seem to thrive while others don't because some are light feeders and some are heavy feeders. For example my agent O and wild Thai are both super healthy with the exact same feeds as the unhealthy ones. Like you said just one of the many obstacles for rookies trying to grow multiple strains lol.

I recently acquired Earth Juice Ph up crystals so I should be able to start Ph'ng going forward. I hate adding crap though. I was hoping this stuff was organic and maybe it technically is but the warning labels are definitely concerning.

Keep up the great work :Namaste:

Yeah I agree that what Monsanto is doing is totally messed up, I will sign the petition at once!

PS Great plants!:thumb:
Thanks Les :Namaste: Appreciate it brotha. Going to get some shots of my little ones also, they are kind of digging the straight to 12/12 from seed. I was doing some research on these hogs I have going and came across a journal of a guy running them 12/12 from seed, and they are HUGE. I am hoping the current big flower girls can get to their growth asap and there seeds don't get too massive by that time.. or else I may need to set up another flower station for the time being whilst the main 4 finish.. and my hands are itching to still pop more beans!

looking good havê a green da my friend
Thanks fr3d :Namaste: hoping to keep the green up on these girls for another 2-3 weeks then they are going to have a good 2 weeks flush time. Although organic, I still want to make sure I have a good white ash being seen after harvest day :)

Yeah, I am still on the lines on phing, granted I still try to ph and get a sense of what is going into the root zone, everything has been between 5.2-6.6 so not too drastic for the soil. Hahah I get to play this catch up game until I am able to afford a second tent and light for vegging, I might just hold off until we move to acquire a house with an extra room for all my activities. Which may actually be sooner than expected but no sure thing yet :) would be BA to be able to have an indoor 12'X10' :circle-of-love: What does it say on the label? Got to love the fine print right? I have found that lime juice will lower your pH and baking soda will raise it, add these in small increments and it works perfect :) cheaper than the whole pH down/up also. I have a gallon of Ph down sitting tucked away that will hopefully be used again one day

Great work, those tops stretched out just as I imagined they would, you'll have a great yield of some high quality bud in the end my friend. Just keep up doing what you do best! Cheers! :ganjamon:

Still stretching also! The hazes are some beastly tough girls, thick stalks also. I think they have been enjoying the sensizym I have been giving them and seem to be more vigorous, almost out of control  :wood: If we make it there! I have been seeing white flies flying around in the tent which means they are back and my spider must have died after he ate the other prior. Thinking about doing an epsom/peroxide spray tonight on the top soil (maybe). Got to do some more research into white flies and see what they WONT like. Might also do a top layer of diatomaceous earth, but then again I don't want my circulation fan blowing that crap all on the meds..Tisk tisk. This is why we make sure we are completely bug free before flipping to 12/12 ahhh  Although white flies aren't the worst of my problems, they are damned annoying!

The plants hare god :thumb: have a green day

:peace:

Thanks Fr3d, likewise, have a green dank day :joint:

Some shots from last night, hazes. I decided to fasten a couple tops to create some gaps for better light coverage & I did some defol down low on one of the two. Throughout the picture I tried documenting the very bottom node on the one plant, crazy how it is the 2nd dominate top on the girl. Lesson learned, leave those lower nodes they will eventually catch up with your added lst training& bending. I am also noticing some white flies flying around, little sobs. Not worrying too much yet, might bubble a mosquito dunk with my next watering to help with the problem;

Looking good! Gorgeous sunset. Did I miss you taking the porta scrog off these? It must've been tricky lol.

Looking really noice ca215. reps dude.

Thanks for the kind words & reps shotta. definitely got something going on with the defoled haze, really enjoying the super healthy girl. Kind of keeping away from her and letting her bottom growth die off instead of a stressful defol. Looking to pick up some dolomite and oyster shell for a better buffer in my soil, although being added in about a month late in the mix, I think it will work wonders and take some of the guess work away. Thinking all these seedlings once big enough might like some of that 2 month soil.

Thanks bub! Was nice adding my own clouds to it also ;) All the sweet cindys were male, those girls had some killer sexy training but they all had tp be culled, I have some shots of the girls a couple pages back showing them before I started harvesting the fan leaves for jucing with the screens on & off. For scrogged/structural supported plants all we have left is the one sage that has the 1'x1'x1"x1" white screen, and the haze that has that homemade hemp string cluster fk. Screens are hidden now, these girls bushed out pretty good and the fan leaves are all stacked under and above the screens. Might have to do some minor picking throughout the weeks to make sure there are no spots for white flies to try and make homes, b*stards!

Looking very healthy, show really start putting on some weight too :thumb:

Thanks heady! Anticipating the packing of pistils and bud growth here shortly, should get interesting. We all love the bud porn ;) Thanks for droppin in!

Looking great CA! :bravo:

Thanks Wiz! Hoping to get this organic grow under my belt and start on the next :Namaste:
The sage is proving to be some stinky green!!

Bring these over a page for those who still use the 15 post per page setting :peace:

Good looking out Heady! I am thinking on my last watering I had a little too much p & not enough k, pH was 6.3 so im ruling that out.
I had my computer crash and have no deficiency chart to compare too. Change to supersoil need to get here sooner hah. I have some Epson salt but not sure if I have the right kind (or if there is a right kind), going to do some reasrch on this also and see if I can incorporate it into my next watering & if it will even help the situation.

If anyone has a deficiency chart handy I would appreciate a post to this thread for comparison reasons :Namaste: In the meantime I will search for one. :peace:

Using epsom after week 3 of flower isn't your best choice.

1 tsp per gallon and a light watering is what greened mine up 2 weeks ago on the flip.

I am using FFOF and nutes but every indoor grow I have had shows this as I get ready to flip em..the epsom works everytime.

Are you using blackstrap yet? is contains traces of mag that may help green it up too.

I use it 1tsp per gal between nute feeds all through out flower, sometimes every feeding.

I use 3 gallon pots and give each a drink nutes or water a 1/2 gal every other day now.

Doesn't look to bad but keep an eye on it.....that one yellow leaf kinda shaded under the rest with the brown spots on it to me says mag def.

Like I keep pointing out, I am not a pro so the advice is to be taken in that respect.
