Bud Washing

So I wanted to post my opinion after doing this first I'll share a Lil bit of my situation.

I harvest 14-20 plants per month. Yield is anywhere from 10 lbs to 15ish per month I built a Lil drying area for this cause I knew there would be zero room in my drying room
So the closets I used to build my drying area for washed product holds roughly 4 lbs total

So I first washed roughly 2 lbs of once dry product. Yes Im aware that branch hanging dries quicker than hanging whole plant like I usually do but 3 days they were snapping and that was 2 days quicker than a comparison branch unwashed actually more like 3

So my overall opinion is I dont have the room to wash 15lb everymonth. Hanging a single plant takes up about 1/3 of space as hanging branches. Also smell on the Jillybean isn't nearly as prevalent as the control branch. So those are my cons.

My pros are product looks amazing, if I had dust (which I did from knocking out a wall 4 weeks in and these girls getting covered), mold, mildew, bugs this should be mandatory. My rooms sealed so I don't have those issues

So for my personal product or my direct patients I'll give it a big thumbs up. But For dispensaries it will just hang.

I'm still amazed it worked and have yet to give it the side by side smoke comparison but I'm sure the washed stuff will taste better.

If I was only growing like 4 plants per month this would be done on it all. Still interesting that it seemed to effect the terpene profile anyone else notice this.

Also I usually hang plants 10-14 days trim then jar.

Are you guys really jarring it at day 5/6? Any mold pop up? Did the cure take longer putting more moist product in?
I have tons of boveda 62 packs I barely use and have some more cannabis specific 58 ones I'll try.

I found it spend it up by about 30% I just rose the humidity in the dry room a little bit to account for this.
Love washed bud!

Ok so it isn't my cedar lined dry area good.
Here's about 1/3 of the washed.

The shopping cart is a nice touch.

@Dutty Panty .. I think I can get away with putting them in a jar on day 2,5 with Boveda's, because my buds are a fraction the size of yours ... I guess bud size makes all the difference, for all that inner moisture to evaporate out.
