Boo’s Perpetual Grow Journal

:ciao: Hi all. Hope everyone is well. I've been on the couch most of the week - got the Rona virus from my recent travel. 2021 stomped on my little life in January. Fingers crossed February is better. :eye-roll:
Here's a little update before I go back to binge watching Game of Thrones.

First, this is for @Carcass:

The pic isn't fantastic but oh well - the gummies are! I used Carcass' recipe and substituted tincture for oil. They turned out fantastic and are so clear and shiny - and potent! They also have the texture of a real gummy too. Thanks for the help! :high-five:

Next up is DDa #1. She's about 6 inches tall and only in the tent because I still have room.

Next up is her replacement DDa#2. I went ahead and bypassed the paper towel step for the first time and it worked great. She's 2 days old. She had a little lean so I gave her a rock.

Finally, my little Chocodope is doing well. She is 30 days old today and might be at the beginnings of flowering. I'll let you tell me. She's a little light in color but just got bumped to 4.5 g per gal MC.

I guess time will tell - no complaints here about a long vegging auto, just seems too good to be true to have 2 of them in a row. :cheesygrinsmiley: Stay safe out there. :peace:

Cool! I thought that would work- easy peasy- the gummies look great- looks like you've got the small dose, the medium dose, and the "I wanna get really stoned" dose;)

She looks to be just getting started-That's great- I wish all autos would give us that extra 8 or 9 days!

Sorry, Boo - I didn't see the part about you having the virus!
So sorry to hear that, I hope it's a mild case...
2021 has kicked us both in the butt in the last week..I'll be saying a prayer for you :hugs: ...
Take it easy, and Get well soon!

Tough beginnings Boo! I'm so sorry, you've gone through so much :(. I too am hoping for a brighter February for you.
I hope you're only showing mild signs and things are manageable. Sending you lots of love.
:hugs:

:ciao: hi all. Today is my first day out of "isolation" from COVID 19. I'm feeling a lot better, but still fatigued. I hope that passes soon because being tired takes away my passion/joy for growing...and that's frustrating for me. :eye-roll:. So, I think I forked up my DDA #2. Don't quite know how, but she doesn't look very good. Maybe she will grow out of it.

She does have a good silouette though.

The Chocodope is one messy haired girl. I've struggled with her training, partly because of the floaty head I've had for the last ten days and partly because of her bushiness. I'm just gonna let her go au natural.

I really want to see some flowering going on but, I still don't. She is 35 days old now.

She is at 5g/gal MC + 10g silica.
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying February so far. Stay safe out there. :hugs:

Great to hear you're feeling better, Boo!

She's definitely got that "look"... Flowering day #1 is just about here....

Congrats on the end of isolation! I hope Mr. Who is feeling better as well. Not sure on that DDA, but I'd just treat it like it's going to grow through whatever it's going through.

I do! I see the standard pre-flowering weird leaf bits as well as some pistils underneath. Flowers are coming!
Thanks Shed. Mr. Who is a few days behind me (plus he won’t take anything OR take it easy. Ugh!). He should be feeling better by the weekend hopefully.

I am gonna let the DDA go, she will hopefully recover as she grows. If she doesn’t then I’ll drop something new!

I’m glad you see something that looks “flowerish”.. I kind of see what you mean, honestly it looks more like a photoperiod looking type of flowering vice the autos I’m used to.

The Chocodope is one of my “special” seeds from Victory so it will be interesting to see if the other seeds I have from Victory also veg this long - which would be great! I just don’t know the entire history, since I left the two seedlings with Mr. Who for a week while I was dealing with my brother’s situation. I’m tempted to drop another just to find out..but I don’t have room! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Thanks Carcass. I believe my case has been fairly mild. I have felt pretty shitty but that has been a bit compounded by the fact that my sweet dog has also been sick (from managing to chew up and swallow bits of bone) so it’s been like having newborn feedings (aka dog needs to go outside to shit his brains out) every 3-4 hours overnight. I have never had a fever though, and I have not had any chest congestion or coughing. It’s been mainly a big ole head cold.

I will be glad when she flowers and starts to stretch so that I can clean up the bushiness! :high-five:

Is it 10 g or 10 ml, and if grams then do I just weigh that shit on my scale or?
That was based on 12L of water, so when you are ready let me know and I'll give you an idea on how much to use.

She is at 5g/gal MC + 10g silica.
How much are you mixing that into Boo? If it's just a gallon then you only want 3.1g/gal. That gives you around 50 PPM of Cyco.
