Oh yeah! Lots of ways to get it done, and not just with training! That's why I decided to run my spare tent as a "lab" tent now. I can prick around and try all kinds of things. I need to mother up so I can have some clones to roll in there with and not burn up so many seeds. Of course I'm then stuck to a handful of strains, but if they work, they work.
. Saw a dude on the 1st page trying to bash Hempy and thought I've got to take a stand against this ignorance lol. I've been hempy for 2 years now. Tried one pot with clones against soil and got double the growth and yield compared to FFOF. I also compared the roots and it wasnt even close. Hempy killed it again. Alright then...peace out.

I'm not really looking for anything other than experimentation for my Lab tent. Trying different styles and just tinkering with some slightly non-conventional stuff.
Like right now, I'm playing with quadlining. On the next go with it, I was thinking of trying dutch buckets. Which then lead me to think about the benefits of fabric pots, and what if about using fabric pots for dutch buckets. Of course you need something solid to hold the water in the bottom, which is the part I'm trying to work out at the moment.
Your tupperware got me thinking on it again. So far the most challenging part has been to find something I can squeeze the fabric pot into that is short enough, to allow for the water in the bottom. If I went with something like a bus tub, etc, then there would be a gap around the fabric pot, which I would want to find a way to cover. Similar to an octopot, and how its in the middle of its tub, and the top of the tub is covered.
Not real sure where I'll go with it, and maybe I end up just skipping the fabric pot part and do a normal dutch setup. Where is the fun/experimentation in that, though?

they are loving the MC increase. should post my feed sched. i feed on a formula.
right now we are at 5.3g MC / 4.5L RO. everyone gets 750ml at feed.
using no cal-mag or anything else. ph'd to 5.8 at the feeds.
only mixing enough for a single feed as i don't have a large bucket. sometimes mix the day or night ahead to save time, but ph the day of feed.

stunty has always had the best color. they've all greened a bit deeper. everyone likes the bump up. cal-mag signs disappeared, and i'm under nute tipping. probably gonna sit 5.3 - 5.4 for a couple feeds.
this stage is getting fun. can see daily progress. chopping them up for training seems almost cruel lol. but a pile are right close.. these ladies are near the window

she's officially a triclops. stages coming up whorled in threes. been spreading it out. she keeps growing back in right away lol
she's taking a bit better shape with the tucking etc i have been doing. it just doesn't last. i'll get right in there with some pics in a few days. frigging odd.
don't think i got there in time to save the one big ass fan. she sorta looked to be a lighter feeder by new growth color, but still seems to be pulling from that fan
forgot how fast those Hempy girls grow.
