Birdie's Return To Life

@plugger

Any chance you are on Instagram? If so look up ferala9x... he use to be a member here... he had a post of a bubbler he made that’s suppose to help crack old seeds.... I think it’s in his journal as well, you might be able to search it here... I’ll try and find it for you later just leaving work!

Would be interesting to look @

No, I am not on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, etc Always tell people, I create tech I don't use it much ;)

Congrats on the care package AB! That's great news and should have you in cannabis for a good long time (if you have a spot to clone!). Tent, light, seeds arriving, seeds growing (some more slowly than others), and a car just waiting for a new radiator. And being finally safe and with the girls in school. It's so wonderful that you are starting your new life in such a positive way.
:Namaste:

Bravo Birdie. :hugs:  :hugs:

Expectation determines outcome. I see by the evidence you’ve learned to raise your expectations. :high-five: Canna generosity extends around the globe, and what a delightful series of moments you and your girls have been through.

Sweet genetics. :thumb:

:reading420magazine:I have an update on the banana peel extract project, now on its 13th day:
I haven't been taking daily pictures because it really is unremarkable, and actually, sort of ugly.
:nomo: The chunks of banana (grind it up next time} keep getting eaten up and if left to settle, a thick brown sludge forms at the bottom and around all of the chunks, which all just sink into the bottom together, leaving a little clearer liquid at the top.
:surf: It sits for days doing apparently nothing, until the other day when I went back to shaking it. Surprise! A lot of the sludge and banana debris disappeared into the solution. So it is breaking up, and the final liquid that results is going to be very thick and needing to be shaken well before applying.
:slide:I will be doing that applying on my next watering, which already will be an AACT with heavy flowering nutrients and the microlife to support them, and everyone is going to love the banana!

Morning ms.Birdie sounds like a pretty bumper full week you've had, happiness all round for little OG bout time she made an appearance...lol

And ya got a car so now it's going to be a traveling birdie too.....awsome

So read the whole seed/taproot story and I learnt something new, I been doing wrong the whole time too......only if planting a seed with no tap root though. I always let my taproots get a decent length before I plant tap root down and I've had straight/curly taproots and they all come up fine, I've had my fair share of helmet heads but also drip water on helmet/membrane.

Taproots tend to explode once they are out of the shell and sometimes within 24-36 hours you open that paper towel to check on them and they've already losing the shell sometimes but I plant like normal and bury the same and its out within a cpl hours.

Hi smeegs :hugs:
Yeah, that is my problem.... I am afraid to hurt a long taproot waiting too long in paper towel/cotton buds.
:)

Yeah they can get brittle i broke my northern lights tap root but it survived and grew just fine i was suprised

That made me more confident to let them shoot more tap before planting. :thanks:

Yupp no problem so dont fill alone. She was fine as you seen in my journal got a nice harvest off of her

Hi birdie - nice work with all you have coming your way  :thumb:

Did you get that little one to open? I ha that happen too on my last lot after I’d had to get the membrane off - they were still stuck together so i wetted them some more and looked with the loupe and there was still some fine membrane holding them together (with the next leaves growing inside like you described)... It did fine once I freed them using tweezers :D

:Namaste:
