Updates coming this weekend! Harvest, repotting, and moving some things outside.
Great......been chomping at the bit to see some huge update from you Big Bear.....

Hope you are in good spirits, and well.

Fun hat after 2 months and just after watering.....

Happy 420 though!!!!! :D

Saturday update with pictures.

Canuk Amnesia Auto is done and harvested. Her tallest cola as 11.6 inches above the pot. Total wet before trim was 248g. After trim the bud is 163g. It’s in the dehydrator now. Dry weight isn’t important, since I’m processing for tincture, oil, and cob.

Today was transplant day for four of the babies. Since my Dutch Passion Auto Duck plants don’t seem to have the duck foot mutation, I think they are going to stay in the tent. Which means I have to figure out how to grow seven plants in 4 square feet of tent floor.

I transplanted into one gallon nursery pots and I’ll be setting them in deep saucers so I can still have a reservoir of nutrients for the plants to draw from.

The pot in the pitcher is just there as a drench. I figured out it was easier to pour over instead of soak this way, so this is the only was that was soaked in this fashion.

I wrapped up 30g of Amnesia into a cob. It’s in the dehydrator for its initial sweat.

View of the tent today. I have three plants - a WW Auto, a CBD Crack, and a ruderalis that are all slow starters. I neglected to add some osmocote+ to these nursery pots, and I think this is the result. I won’t be doing that again. The Osmocote+ gives me a base level of nutes that I then supplement with my organic nutes when I water/feed.

The Crop King seeds Northern Lights Auto at the back of the tent is stretching from side to side. I’m not really going to do much else with her, I’m going to let her finish up as is. Her tallest branch is right at 11 inches above the pot.

Other than harvest, everyone got watered today. Transplants just got some cal-mag. I’ll feed them tomorrow or when they dry out a bit, maybe Wednesday.

AWESOME......that is great!!!! (about the harvest)

Everything else is looking good, even the slow starters. Looks like you have gotten into a rhythm.

Be interested in hearing about the cob experience and hope you document it through the process. You may have before, but my brain says you didn't. Ha...I'm sticking with that for now. ;)

Congratulations on you harvest. Looks fantastic.

Gland to see you are also a Tincture advocate. I'm thinking of brewing up a batch of Canna-Butter tomorrow as I have a huge bag of leaf and trim in the freezer. I have to head over to @newty and check out a couple of her videos.

Nothing wasted from yesterday’s harvest.

I dried my buds for about ten hours yesterday in the dehydrator - my theory being the less water in the bud, the less water soluble material gets extracted by the alcohol.

Decarbed at 240F (115c) for 50 minutes. Maybe an hour since I left it in the oven for a bit after I turned it off. Ground and into the freezer.

Three washes with the ethanol, and I have about 500 ml of extract. Got it in a hot bath on a hot plate to condense down to about 100ml.

All my trim, plus stems went for oil. Plus some trim I had in the freezer from my last harvest. Leaves and small buds had been dehydrated before storing in the freezer. Decarbed this morning, broke it up with my fingers, and into the pot.

Stems were dried for 24 hours and then cut up and put in the coffee grinder. Except for two large stem pieces that were too moist to grind.

The left over bud from the QWET also went into the oil pot, as did the coffee filters I used for straining the alcohol.

I’m hoping for two 50 ml bottles of tincture and about 2 cups of coconut oil.

Part of the tincture will be used for gummy bears, since I’ve had a request. The oil will be used for regular edibles - cookies and brownies. I may use some oil for a batch of chocolate truffles.

Waste not, want not!

**i would have saved and processed the roots as well, but it seemed like too much work getting them clean. I may still, don’t know.
