yumm im a real meat eater lol.@Lerugged I did a cast iron sear and baste in their own renderings. When they were cooked to medium they looked like beef. Dark caramelized outside with a red center. It was wild. Hands down the best bite of pork I’ve ever had

I'm thinking about getting one of them Traeger barbecues look sweet... wood pellets that are supposed to keep aa temp that you can bake a cake in? All the flavors wood pellets...... Costly ass bitchs,,,,,,,, but I found a copycat for 300 bucks????? I might look into it.. but a good Traeger run over a grand????? That's alot of beef????
