lol that person would be on grease trap and canopy duty if it was in one of my kitchens. Ive had a trainee really stir up a consomme good and proper after taking like 3 days to make it. Grease traps for 2 months.Speaking of piss, one of the guys at work added a bunch of asparagus scraps to the beef stock... now that smelled like piss
they are pretty nice to cook with though but yeah on the spendy side for sureI'm thinking about getting one of them Traeger barbecues look sweet... wood pellets that are supposed to keep aa temp that you can bake a cake in? All the flavors wood pellets...... Costly ass bitchs,,,,,,,, but I found a copycat for 300 bucks????? I might look into it.. but a good Traeger run over a grand????? That's alot of beef????
