BakedARea's Cultivated Blessings: A Myriad Of Genetics & Shenanigans

As long as new growth looks good feel free to pull off the ugly stuff! They plant will grow more.
I did a bunch if pruning on Saturday! I felt they and me needed it. So far so good. Pic updates incoming.
They do look perked up and happier today BA.
Thanks Stung. Yeah, the past couple days have been good. Good for my morale too. Getting ready to flip.
Love the new growth!
Me too Otter! I keep doing dumb shit and then I shit on myself about it even more. One of the great things about photos. They are resilient to my shitty tendencies.:thumb:

Hey growers! Today is beautiful rainy Spring day for me! Very happy to get it to say the least. The clones for the outdoor garden are looking happy as can be!

My last tent update was Saturday morning. I ended up doing a bunch of clean up on all the plants. I'm glad I did because they all look better and it helped my outlook on their health. Getting more moisture and pushing the nutrients further down into the root zone was obviously needed.

Ms. Candida all cleaned up and looking happier. I decided to leave her in this container @InTheShed . I do believe that I simply wasn't giving her enough nutrients because of my bad drenching habits. Also...this is one leaf happy plant man! It will be quite the chore to keep her canopy cleared enough to maximize air flow. Thinking about clearing the clutter further the day I flip. Thoughts?!

Rosetta Stone is ready!

Space Queen cleaned up but I left a few of the ugly leaves. She's ready too. Will be a beautiful Christmas tree shaped plant. How much will she stretch?!

Here they are Sunday morning.

The only one lingering behind is the Cinderella 99. She's still better than last week so I'll take that as a win.

This morning.

C99's new growth is perky*ish but she still seems kind of mehhh to me.

My plan is to get a few extra clones from the lower branches that I'll be pruning off most of the plants. Then I am going to flip them this weekend. That gives them a few extra days of recovery from the pruning and to build up stronger roots with the extra nutes and moisture. They are due for a topdress this Sunday so I figured I would time the topdress with the flip to make it easier on my brain to manage. Have a wonderful day amigos & amigas. I appreciate you all. Thank you and continued blessings.

So much winning in there now! :welldone:

Yes, do that for sure! Here is what I took off this weekend:

It's been another doozy of a week...but boy am I grateful it's mostly over. I have done another deep drench this week (6 gals total between the plants) and another light drench (3 gals) a couple days ago. Today they will all get another topdress of @GeoFlora Nutrients along with changing the light schedule to 12/12!!! It's time for flower! They all appear to be in much better health and I feel more comfortable with their progress now. Plus it's leading into a full moon! :circle-of-love:

Pics over the past few days.
But first...my pre-update snack of ice cream desert after some burritos. It's one of those days...don't judge!

I'll get updated pics of the plants in the tent later today. In the mean time, the clones for the outdoor garden and friends are doing great...well...except for one

Candida is enjoying the sunshine and recent rains.

I have ZERO idea what happened but this was perky and happy and then it wasn't. :hmmmm:

I'm not too worried about that one. I have backups and it's still early in the season.

Well, it doesn't look like a droughted wilt. My guess, too much drink. Others look fantastic!

I was thinking that too. It was thinking back a few days ago, when I gave them a drink. I had the shower function on the hose and accidentally hit that too hard and it went sideways on me. I didn't think much of it. Put a bamboo rod in there and moved on. That may have been what caused it. Plus too much water too!
Looking mighty flippable in there to me!
Abso-freaking-lutely!!!
:yummy::yummy::yummy:
That's scary huh? Let us know if you figure it out please?
Yeah...I think I may have broke the stem below the soil line from too close of a spray from the hose. I think it looks too wilted for an overwatering.

Hey everyone! Happy Easter morning. I know some of you celebrate it and it's important to you. If it means something to you, then I send you blessings and good vibes on this wonderful day. If you don't celebrate it, then I too send you blessings and good vibes on this wonderful day. Knowing we are all here with different beliefs and ways we live, but celebrate the cultivation of this incredible plant peacefully, says so much about this community. No nasty fights about religion or politics or just about anything really. Just really feel appreciative of that in this community. Overall this is a safe space for all and that is a rare thing indeed. I know we can have differences, but overall, we are a laid-back family at the end of the day. Blessings as always from the Baked fam.

Onto the garden of cultivated blessings!
A before image of the plants...and waiting for the gummies to hit!

Last night, all the plants got a topdressing of @GeoFlora Nutrients 'Bloom' along with a serving of @DYNOMYCO to give the soil a nice boost of mycos. GF already comes with microbes but more never hurts...ever! On top of that, they all got a layer of worm castings.

I believe that signs of life like this in your soil is a good thing. I ended up pulling it but seeing delicate seeds of any kind germinate and survive, means the biology and moisture is balanced. Those of you in the know, know that a couple weeks ago, it was not balanced. Far from it! I'm glad I was able to dial in my failures of watering and

I couldn't resist a little promo shot of the Dynomyco tnt stick.

A couple of the containers, I added the Dynomyco to the top of the worm castings. Mainly so that I can satisfy my need to watch it dissolve into the media. Sooooo much satisfaction!

I watered them all in with a shared 3 gallon microbe recharge cocktail of Kelzyme (calcium and minerals), Kelp extract, BioAg Ful-Humix, SNS209, and yucca extract. I started off with 900mL of the concentrated cocktail and mixed in 300ml per gallon. I let this cocktail marinate for at least 30-45 minutes.

I then followed it up with 2 gallons of just water to hopefully drive that down deeper into the soil.

After all that was done, I thinned out the canopy of each plant. I didn't get pre and post pics of each plant unfortunately. These are before pruning and after topdress and worm castings.

Rosetta Stone #2

Cinderella 99

Queen of Soul #3

Candida

Rosetta Stone #1 and stakes to spread branches on same parallel. It may be hard to see but a few branches were growing parallel. Remember that instead of shaping this one like I did RS #2, I decided to let her grow naturally, except I did top her. By placing stakes in a way to push branches where I want them, it will give those bud sites direct light and grow in what would end up being open space. Filling the gaps basically.

After 3.5 hours of maintenance...this is the end result!

I adjusted lights to maintain an average PPFD of at least 700 on all the plants. A few sites, especially the lower branches, with 400-500 ppfd. There are some hot spots getting around 900. I put the shortest plants in those spots and that helped bring that down to under 800. All lights got turned up to 100% and the @BESTVA LED Pro4000 got raised up to spread out more light throughout the tent.
I started measuring plant heights and light to canopy distances...and then the gummies just basically jumped in with a championship level block at the rim and put an end to that shit real quick. I just didn't care enough to write it all down or attempt to remember it. I think I'll do that today for the sake of gathering data. Or eat some Easter gummies and get blocked again. We shall see...

So last night, 6pm to 6am was their first official 12 hour cycle! That makes today Flip day #1. Going to try my best to get pics everyday. That's my goal. This cycle will prove to be difficult just because how my schedule works. Some days I'm home way past 6pm. Most days, I need to be out of the house shortly after 6. Should be an interesting balancing act. Blessings folks and thanks for being a part of this journey with me. Excited about the next couple months!

A quick pic update of the gals at +2 plus a question about some issues...again.

Now the issues I'm seeing. Could it be lingering from the previous watering issues? Or is it a lack of something in my soil?

Unfortunately, Cinderella 99 is still being a diva. Neon new growth but some leaf edges look similar to the other two. The other plants seem fine. I'm just confused. Thanks for visiting.

Over on the 420 problem solver it looks like potassium lacking to me. Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial

Picture 1 and 2 shows a Potassium deficiency
Thanks for the link and reminder about the abundance of resources already here. I was looking at some other pictorials last night and when this was happening before, and I too came back with potassium as a possible issue. I did not want to allude to that assumption and see if I could get a confirmation. Thanks for that Otter!
I'm going with light stress personally.
Seems like a slow fade on some leaves and then very sudden on others. I did recently turn everything up to 100% but I did raise the lights too. I am fairly certain that in the not too distant passed, I had them turned up but not raised. I was testing the ppfd, which was crazy high. So the intent was to turn them down...which for some reason, I didn't do at that moment. I remembered the following morning and got them dialed in. I did not make anything of it at the time. You just made me think about it and triggered the memory.

Maybe it was the Trainwreck that got my brain cells to work!

That could certain explain the light stress on some of them. :hmmmm:
And you are going to have some serious trees in there at harvest time. :welldone:
Thanks Shed. It has been a bit of a long journey up to this point. But a lot of good lessons. Now to get that shortened up by 50% and see what I can accomplish.
