When I can try to make some canna butter, I may incorporate that into my recipe and see how they come out

I just set the time lapse for every three minutes - nothing special!

Yes I am. I run a couple of weeks at a time. My next video ends on 11/30 at 4:20. The hardest part is waiting I do a frame every 15 minutes.

At what point do I start adding water into my DWC bucket on a regular basis? Its down about 2” from the bottom of the net pot today. Also, do I add the water and then ph all of it or do I ph what’s in the bucket and add ph-adjusted water?

I think as long as the roots are touching and your within parameters (ph, temp, EC, etc.) then it's OK.

The biggest thing is to not go past a week without a change.

The others you tagged should be able to give you some better advice, as its Slightly different with my external reservoir.
