heres some shots of my recent upgrades  first is my a/c mod i took a coffee can cut a hole in the bottom ran some ducting thru it secured it with tape, then i put rocks in the can around the duct to weight it down then i bent the wire inside the duct to form a hook the negative pressure frome the inline fan does a good job pulling in the frigid air my a/c makes it dropped the lights out temp 15 degrees in 30 mn, we'll see what its like with the light on tonight , next is the co2 generator same basic thing as jandre2k3 made,i looped it around the scrog gorilla glue on the caps ,messy but sealed, you can see in the pics enjoy guys:thumb:

Hey Doode,

Thanks for accepting requests and posting so quickly! Do you use the tea to spray the leaves or is it added to the soil, or both? If added to the soil, about how much do you add (every two weeks you said)? Also I am interested in the idea of using coco for the air qualities. Have you used coco in air pots before? I have a bunch of FFOF that I need to use up. You mentioned in the video that you don't use potting soil that already has nutrients, but since I have to use it, do you recommend any variation in your recipe? Thanks again!

Re: B.I.D. 3.0 Video Grow - BPN - JDL600 - Coco - GLR - 400WMH - Multi-Strain Tent Pa

so do you wonder how i do nutes in that mix? kinda like i do the microbe tea, bucket (thanks homer) fill to about 4 1/2 gallons right now i have bubbling, 90ml grow/bloom bpn fp,20ml micro,,15 ml dark matter humate tea,10 ml kbud,15 ml biojuice soil activator, heres the twist 20 ml each bpn 3 part elite grow/micro/bloom, 10 ml liquid blue bloom booster, 20 ml microbe brew,20 ml earth nectar, 20 ml liquid kelp, 3tbsp molasses ,5 drops superthrive
the ph is 6.3 ppm is 1130
i worked out this new plan with Corey as a way to deal with some slight nute def i was having with the 2nd version of bpn fp bloom, by aerating and allowing the microbes to work on the salt based nutes it basically re chelates them biologically i makes more of the nutes instantly available while the other nutes are broken down in the soil, and i just remove what i need and replenish the bucket with water and nutes as i go never stopping,if i like this new method i will have to run 2 buckets,, in my research im finding all this to be accurate so far not that i doubted Corey the nute master he is as much a mad scientist as i am, and hell we may be pioneering a new way of doing things, he told me some about what he is working on,, im so on board baby! i will be buying that stuff as fast as its available, not so far off from what im doing with his guidance i just dont have the right enzymes, but its very exciting stuff
i think at some point not to far off the farmers pride organics will be both soil and hydro, i might be doing some hydro at that point, and perhaps we will get jandre talked into trying a small run *winkwink*:thumb:

in other news: Spiffy was talking to one of the dispensary guys and i am green lighted to provide them with meds as much as i can produce will be snatched up, see the system is not fully implemented yet in my state *no dispensaries are yet open* so when they are they will need to stock shelves they cant grow till after they open, so after sampling my work he wants all i can provide, even going so far as to say i need more equipment, and they may need me full time in their grow house! im so ready to do it if i am able, i just dont know how much physical labor is needed from me or if i'll have a helper, but if so thats like a calling and dream come true, its what i wanted to do for so long now! wish me luck on this guys, its not going to happen for a while but still like organic nutes it needs time to break down and become available:thumb:

well step by step here, that tea is very strong! if i add it straight i follow with plain water to dilute and spread the microherd around, but i prefer to take a gallon sprayer fill it 1/3-1/2 full and fill the rest with water, then water all plants thoroughly i either restart the brew with any leftovers or put it outside on the trees we have big willows that look better than anyone elses:thumb:
coco is 100% pure awesome! i wont grow without it! i have a white widow X big bud plant in an airpot with my mix its doing well, see coco holds massive quantities of water i think it will work fantastic in airpots, thats my plan soon more airpots! so yes do it to it! im not sure who is doing it but another member did or is still doing coco airpots with great results, have to look into that..
ffof is nice soil i used to use it alot i added pearlite and worm castings ,for my recipe if i were going to use ffof i would not change much except maybe hold the mushroom compost since i prefer to brew my nutes/mycos etc i dont make the mix very hot to start so with the ffof im thinking it will just mean a longer time before you need to add anything food wise, i would still hit it with myco tea and "cook" at the min a week, 2 better! a month even better! that would have things really nice for some young plants to get going, lots of ready broken down food that should not burn, the longer you cook the less harsh the nutrients become yet are easier to be absorbed, i would get some kind of humate tea that you can add as needed humate stimulates microbial activity making nutrients more available ,prevents nutrients from washing away, stimulates root growth and increases heat and drought tolerance

I can't seem to find that Nature's coco on line, may I ask where you got it? Local store, national chain, on line?
