I tried to get how fucking bright it is in this closet but the pic doesnt do it justice. I have to turn off lights or wear glasses lmao

I've got two Jack Herer's going. One was LST'd heavily first 5 days (day 17 to day 22) and then I mistakenly topped her. About 8 days later I am now using some LST on both plants to pull the outer branches down and out so there is more of a canopy. The one that wasn't topped is now about 3" higher than the rest of the plant and it's sister. It will be interesting to see which one does better with overall weight.

Both ladies have been through some stress but have bounced back so much that I'm not sure those issues will be the reason for my yield. More than likely the smaller tent size will be a limiting factor.
 
here is my autoultimate 27 days old today.her structure was so perfect and bushy and full of growth.i justbhad to spread her wings.so heavy lst was applied all main branches tied down.as golfer says this will encourage all bottom and middle growth to shoot up thinking there all main colas and wild they will go.all from just bending a few branches.isnt the cannabis plant such a joy.happy times.well here she sits at the minute.autoultimate;)happy growing every1

Hey Atrain,
Been reading and reading your journal and loved it so much Uve decided to try growing autos. I'm new to growing period so I'm a newbie. I have 2 strains I'm starting to germinate and is ready to be place in pots . I have northern light strain and a pyramid candy strain . I have2 5gal buck with fox soil the one that have the nutes already there. My question is this
1. I have 1 250watt 64000 lumins and only 1 bucket is getting all the lights. Do I need more light source?
2, I have heard so many different answers about light cycle with auto. Being that auto comes from a strain that never see darkness I was thinking 25/0. I have also heard 18/6 so I'm confuse. Please help if u can

Also I notice you talking about nutes, I got a fox frog mix and my greener said the it will have all the nutes I need for a life cycle auto. Is this true? And at what time in the veg stage do u LST or top and auto. I'm hearing you can't top or LST because of the short life cycle . Any thoughts?
 
You can lst anytime it doesn't hurt at all.... I choose not to top mine but some do with success others that are not?

I hate fox farm soil because with my nutes I want to know exactly what they are getting at all times so I chose a Nitra soil with 0 nutes... and I can say I have never seen a soil that you can take straight out of a bag pour into a pot and water for 9 or 10 weeks and grow a perfectly healthy cannabis plant with no Def or problems

Evening beast , I noticed on the pics that you have string wrapped around the stem , did she break or is it for support when bending ,training :goodjob:
