Autoflower Myth Busting Thread

Take the upper fans and "pony tail" them up 6 hrs a day every other day... then get a cfl as close as possible to the under growth and it will spur the undergrowth to rise up to the main cola and keep an even caopy

I'm sure there are some who advocate topping autos.
Not convinced it helps yields consistently as I have seen mixed results.

We will all see soon enough..... I trained an ultimate... beast is topping 1 ..... 309 grams is the mark to beat with the topped auto.. either way... to each there own..

While i cant argue with the results you 2 are having..
Im still rather certain it has everything to do with the strain.

.. Youll always see mixed result, on any mj, or other species.. Everyone grows differently, more important, everyones grow setup variables differ. (temps, RH, nutes, soil, etc.)
AND consistency? Such a big word and far fetched for most living organisms in life... As most life is unique to itself. (Human twins look alike, but the differences they have..)
 
Magicjim good lad thats what its all about and im already on it i got 3 strong healthy topped autos ha;) i want to show every1 that autos enjoy been topped and can increase big yields;)if all done correctly.i will deliver the goods be certain of that;)
 
Dankwolf i have pulled 4 oz dry weight off a few cheap auto seeds.in my opinion all autos can take it ;)iv topped lots of autos great results thats why i wna share what i have learned myself messing with autos ;)

Agreed and understood. Me was trying to argue that consistency is relative to personal opinion/ or exempt all together since each plant is its own plant.
 
Oviously the more u pay per seed the better bigger more stable plant u will get if u want big yields big plants.worth spending good money on the beans be worth it in the end;)
 
I was just reading some threads of people bitching about autoflower yeilds. Most got free seeds and grew them in the veg room with no nutes running under a t5 with veg bulbs. And bitch about 29g. Im over here like so you did nothing but wait 65days and got a free ounce. I would say thats pretty awesome haha
