Arteekay's Second Grow - Autos & Feminized - Mixed Strains

Some of the best flowers on this site. Its a steep learning curve when you jump to different nutes. Nevertheless, all looks perfectly healthy and dank.

may be it means "in the same container/soil", or because a tomatoe plant is typically 3 to 4 feet high or more with big leaves branches and fruits and will take more or less the space of a tall MJ plant. it will block the light for whatever grows under, that's why it goes well with stuff that don't like direct sun (basil, it's true that they can be in the same pot, but i think it is better not to share), and is not good for something that requires direct sun. sometimes it is incompatible because of soil requirement, roots, etc. I had a cherry tomatoe plant last summer (outdoor) and it was a monster. well fed, it can grow 4/5/6 feet even in a small container (less than 2 gallon / 6 litres), this kind of stuff must be perfectly flushed to taste good though.
 
Looking good rtk, and yea my local garden just gave me the full line of GO. I like it so far. Hell of a lot more than I did the nectar of the gods lol. There was like 15 different bottles for that crap. It worked great, just to many bottles.

Now you're just playing with me. They're decent flowers I'll agree, but they aren't winning any P/NotM any time soon. :)

Thankfully this nute change is just an addition in the same line, not expecting any big problems from it, knock on wood...

I don't think it was sharing a container, the indication was it was just being in proximity to each other, almost like a pheromone communication system or something. Definitely more research required, and soon. :)

Thanks Fopho! So far we've only bought they're calcium/magnesium supplement. I've been looking for a 0-0-0 calmag that I could use a little heavier into flowering and it turned up under my nose at the store.

I made an effort to work it into as many situations and conversations as possible today. "Why your dress is so yam yam", "I love me some granola, it's so yam yam", "la vaca es tan yam yam"!

March 6 Update. JH, CR, and NEM are 67 days old. DD is 56 days old. R2 is 3 days old. CR is 17 days since her flip to 12/12.

CR is on 12/12 now 11-12 inches below the Spider x4, Temp is 78 and RH is 51% at the canopy, 77 and 53% at the top. Overnight was 67 and 43%

Temp for JH, NEM, DD and R2 peaked at 85 today with RH at 44% during lights on, and 68 and 41% overnight. They are on an 18/6 schedule and are 13-15 inches below a pair of Mars II 900s. R2 is off to the side and is about 30 inches from the lights.


For the first time in a long while, nobody needed anything today. Jaybiz did a bit more defoliation and lollipopping on his Crown Royale, but otherwise we just got to admire.

JH seems to have taken the DNF Bloom Fortifier well, at least on day one. We'll be keeping a pretty close eye on her of course.

LOL i was trying to figure out what went wrong with my yam yam post. I didnt mean yams like you say in USA i meant tasty like yummy yummy, but here we just say yam yam,( like chomp chomp simulates the sound of chewing something delicious).

I'd love to do what RTK did with the pipes and net. very nice idea. I don't think I have the room though, I will need to move my babies around all the time to optimize space. With nets/scrog etc, you can't move them anymore. But it looks like the thing to do... very nice results.
 
Nice looking girls :thumb: good to see r2 on her way wish I.could start my next set of girls in solos but have to get repairs in the house done.... Sucks I'm really looking forward to my blackberry kush

Hey spacef , that plant is in a small scrog attached to the pot so it can move quite easily. So far it's easier to move around than the other girls her age because the scrog really holds the plant in place too. It will get tougher as she gets bigger but I fully expect to be able to move her right up to her harvest
 
I was showing that off to my grow team. It was a huge hit.

We don't need a stinking translator! On looking back I think we used it quite right as both Areekay's buds and la vaca are both muy yam yam (yummy)! I feel so international now.

A quick question if I may chaps... Auto's weren't invented when I were a lad (if you know regional English accents then say that in a Lancashire voice). What very little I know of auto's suggests low yield, so could you remind me what kind of numbers you're typically pulling from an auto please?

My photo's are over 11 weeks old today - I'd have done my first harvest if I'd gone the auto route. Another plus is that with auto's I guess you can go perpetual with one tent? *ponders*
