Arteekay's Second Grow - Autos & Feminized - Mixed Strains

Yea!!!!!! You got a Revolver to sprout. Grow little seed. :bravo: :slide:

I keep getting up off the mat, walking across the living room, unzipping the tent flaps and gazing lovingly in for a moment. They're just so irresistibly cute when they're young. :laughtwo: Yours are at that luscious, stinky stage we all love so much. Gosh, I wish we were neighbors. I'd be over there all the time. :battingeyelashes:

We did so well with germinations for our entire first grow, only dropping below 100% success rate once we started this grow. Lost two white widows and a revolver so far, so I was very excited to see her little tap root a day ahead of her previous sister. With any luck we're about 80 days from having a restock of our dwindling supply of her.

Neighbours, with one big grow space out back of the shared yard, with no grass to cut but inside. :)

:yahoo: Your title appeared!! :woohoo:

Hmm, I'm thinking the JR is pulling my eyes off the DD. I know I should not cheat but those long skinny leaves look great.

MOM, you and JB are a force to be reckoned with way to go guys.

Cheers

Hi rtk to start , well done on MOTM , and your girls look great as usual .
I have a problem that i am unsure off , i'm pretty sure it was not there yesterday .

Looking at your leaves I see yellow tips on the end. Recent feeding? It's hard to think you made it this far without seeing it sooner. I'd look at any changes in feeding or nutes moreover, my tap PH had been jumping around so it could be a lockout. Back off nutes some and check your tap. Boron is locked out over 7 and under 5. Phos and Manganese is also locked out over 7. I'd say your PH jumped up some and since your in flowering you're bloom nutes might not be as acidic as your grow.

Good luck.

Cheers

Thanks miller we are pretty happy with the results so far obviously but I can't take credit for rtk's MOTM, his 420mag peers chose him for that based on his time and effort here, rather than on our success with our grows. Could be happier for him either.. He spends countless hours on here while I'm watching TV or sleeping. It's really great that this forum can reward the ppl that do care and put in a true effort helping other people be successful. Ok enough blabbing.. Let's smoke a joint! :thumb:

Hi miller , would or can a cal/mag deficiency lock out boron .
Coco grows need Ca/Mg, soil not so much. I'd watch my PH and use bloom nutes. If you can take a few natural light shots and show both top and bottom leaves and remind me what your feeding and if its soil, coco, or hydro.

Cheers

Iv'e been using sensi cal/mag at 1ml per Ltr , just upped it to 2ml .

My calmag is by grotek says to use 5-8ml/4L so for a liter having it at 1 ml/L might not of been enough for the girls. Now that you've upped it to 2 you should be fine :thumb:

I like how Jack's lollipopping turned out, and she's getting fat fast. Can't wait to see what she'll look like in a few short weeks.

Thanks Sonic. I'm still pretty hopeless at troubleshooting, thankfully I haven't had to do much of it on our first two grows. We decided in our first grow, after we had cold floor induced deficiencies, to go heavy and watch for toxicities rather than light watching for deficiencies. Has been working fairly well so far, there's a touch of nute burn on DD and NEM, but I'm somehow less concerned about it than I was about the calcium and nitrogen deficiencies we saw in our first grow.

Anyway, glad you were able to get it figured out.

Congrats on MotM there buddy! :bravo: Your girls look incredible. A perfect time to get that honor, right as you come into the finishing line on some beautiful girls.

Bob ;)

Dr. B! Thanks man! We've had a run of good luck that started right around the time we found this site. :)

Loving the fact that it's February of a leap year, and it came 9 days after I turned 44. My luck is sure to run out soon...

Your plants look so good arteekay!
You are about 10 days ahead of me with ur early miss, I'll be following along more often especially as u near harvest with her, u trained nicely :) :)
:Namaste:

We've grown an Early Miss to harvest in my first journal, but she's nothing like this one. We're currently targeting next weekend to finish this one off.

I stretched this one out too far, didn't time her stretch well enough to get her more upright before she started getting thick rather than long. Ah well, I'm pretty happy with how the training turned out regardless and the next one will hopefully be even better.

My advice was going to be similar but without the backup of knowledge or experience.

It's likely the micronutrient required is available in the medium but unavailable to the plant due to PH.

I grow in soil and u defo need calmag.whether under hps or led.any grower needs calmag in there reach at all times;)

We've been going full strength on calmag from three weeks or so up into mid flower, so far with decent results. Still need to get calmag that isn't 2-0-0, we've been cutting down on calmag to keep the Nitrogen in bloom down.

Unless you can completely duplicate TaNg's setup, processes, and environment exactly, your experiences won't be exactly the same. Use his post as advice not a road map and once you find what works best for yourself you may even do better. :)

Sorry rtk , i did not mean to hijack mate , you just get more foot traffic than me Lol .

Not a concern at all, this thread needed some drama! I haven't had a #stonedmoron moment in a few months.
