Ok so here’s what we use to build the caps, again Ms J to the rescue lol, we started off with a block of wood with holes in it to hold the caps and it was sooooooo slow but it worked. Then Ms J went shopping on that rain forest site and got us some Size 00 caps that are in bags with just tops in one bag and bottoms in another and this 100 cap pill machine!! SCORE!!!

Works pretty well, not perfect but way better than doing one at a time

So 1st we place the holding try onto the holder marked top......the holding tray just allows you to pour the tops into it and holds them from falling off......most of the time

There’s a cut out along the side of the holding try that you cover with the side of your hand so the caps don’t fall out and then you shake the tray and cap holder in small circles and the tops will load themselves into the tray.

Then you place the keeper tray over the top of the tray with the cap tops loaded into it, notice the notch on the plastic here, it faces up and then you just line it up and press it into place.

Tops are ready to go now. Next the bottoms.......well you can try the keeper tray and shake the bottoms in, we haven’t had very good luck with the bottoms going in like the tops do, so we end up placing them in by hand which doesn’t take us very long

Ok, now we have 100 caps ready to be filled with our 10:1 coconut oil / CCO mix and we will show you how we fill these and then the 2 seconds it takes to press the tops on and 100 caps are complete.......

I find it easier to use the jig without the top section. If I'm gonna handle the capsules anyway I might as well do it all the way. I have a custard cup I drop the tops into as I load the bottoms. Then I drop the tops into my left hand after the capsules are filled and promptly close them up. My jig does 23 at a time. In the time it'd take me to load both sides I'd have been done already, at least that's how it plays out in my mind. I can see how this would save time if the pieces fit together well.

I have this suspicion that it sometimes doesn't cooperate. Have you had any real difficulty with it going wonky on you?

Edit: I was unaware the capsules could be purchased seperated like that. Well I'll be damned!

Morning and Merry Christmas

We just transferred the Cana cream to there dispensers.....Ms J picked these up just for the Cana cream/lotion and will make applying the lotion much more friendly......you rock Ms J.....she takes really good care of me, thank God or I’d be screwed big time

So this is what the lil twist up gadgets will look like.....pretty cool, no more having to scoop some out of those lil plastic jars, I’m liking how these look so far so hope they function properly cause it’s all in these now

Ms J found these on the rain forest and they are called empty clear plastic deodorant containers 2.2oz. Yea Sue your a funny girl today huh you gave me directions on how to do that link thing but........ no freaking way I can remember all those steps

Well the only issue we have had is with the bottoms not wanting to drop in like the tops do.......and of course the occasional upside down cap that allows you to make a mess or the "oh shit! I missed a hole" right when your dripping the oil into the non existent cap

I say we give Sue a great big round of applause here, she got us on the road to making the lotions and the caps!!

I'm a HUGE fan of the caps and lotion! It's a lotion pain reliever / growth remover all in one. Aka miracle lotion.

So we got all our caps made up and here's what it looked like.

We were shooting for 10:1 but we missed by a lil bit.......no harm though they should be right at close to 12.5 with the 176 caps total. The size 00 caps are just shy of 1 ml so they could be closer to 11:1 if I felt like doing more math but I feel like testing out a pill instead

And that's our two cent class on making lotion and caps......now Sue, if we missed important stuff please fill it in for us ok? We did our best but for sure may have missed some things along the way. Please feel free to ask any questions and I'm sure if we can't figure it out Sue for sure will be able to.

well the onset of the buzz will be one different thing......slow with a cap so takes a bit for them to kick in. I prefer caps, longer buzz, can take one anywhere, make you sleep like a baby......For myself it’s like 1.5 hrs for me to feel it, Ms J now it’s like 30 min max and she feels it. Wish I could feel them that quickly

Should be good to go for 4-6 hrs as well with a cap. Now the straight CCO..........make sure your not needing to go somewhere after you take it ok? I’m alight weight so it was 16-20 hrs I was blasted so use caution on that stuff, fun as hell though

Ms J has been a busy galmaking all kinds of things the last few days. Pretty cool she can do all this stuff, the big sign is for our neighbors down the street lol, good people! Ms J got this machine to do these projects with.......keeps our minds busy

So we got this tip from the seafood manager that worked in Dutch Harbor on how to boil King Crab, add some old bay seasoning to the water, bring it to a boi, add the crab legs to the pot, bring back to a boil, boil for 4 min but the last min you add 1/4teaspood of liquid smoke and boil that last min. Something about the seawater they pack them in that the liquid smoke helps sweeten the crab. Been doing it this way ever since and the guy was spot on!!
