Morning Amy, all caught up. Garden is looking great. Like Gray and the others have said, that doesn't look like a reveg to me, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Funny you mention the height on the square pots. I started using them but I came to the same conclusion....they are too tall and make up potting difficult. Other than that, I like them.

Yah - anything less than a gal it gets too hard to keep the microlife really happy... that’s the story i know anyway.

For going into a big pot it’s fine, good even because you have a root ‘tower’ of sorts that can just spread it sideways. It does make the inverted sand castle more precarious, but no collapses so far ;)

But into the ground... forget it! I’ll do it differently next year for sure!

Great to have you along @Van Stank - hopefully one day there’ll be some nice Stank genetics in my raids bed, soaking up the southern sun.

I’m loving the Space Case grinder I bought myself and I think I’ll collect some of the keif today and have a little ball of it for the tennis final tonight. Kvitova v Osaka: promises to be a ripper!

It’s the little brother of the one I have!

Haha! I’ve been thinking how perfect this is... because your hands are very likely the big brothers to the ones I have :D
:high-five:

I have the 2piece large size (thanks 420!) and actually find it a bit big sometimes, for my often troubled hands. This one i bought is the perfect size for my hands. Plus, it grinds and slices so smoothly it’s not at all difficult to turn, even with quite a bit in there :slide:

:volcano-smiley:Saturday morning... 630am... time to pack a bowl and go sit in the garden while the first rays of sun arrive :yummy:

Oh I am almost certain that will happen!! Give us a couple more months to get our stuff together in the new place and i should start having new stuff ready as well continued working of the Stankberry and DTF strains.

Oh and of course the African Meltdown....that one is too good not to give a shot! That sort of Sativa effect from 9-10 weeks flower time is tough to beat!
Did I read 9-10 week sativa? You have my attention!!:passitleft:
Yeah - reading (and enjoying) your reports about that the other day, it got me to thinking that it could be a very powerful medicine in other ways too, beyond the super fun times. As an oil and microdosed it could be a very powerful anti-depressant and painkiller for daytime use. I’m on the hunt for a daytime oil that knocks pain without sedating much, but at the same time can’t have my energy sapped by a super racy high that doesn’t end - don’t get me wrong, that is/was my usual preference, I’m just having to adjust to a new normal which sees me making good friends with indicas. I could get away with a full meltdown every now and then though... :ganjamon:

But seriously, it could be super helpful at micro-doses for depression and mood regulation - I will look forward to trying it one day :Namaste:

Looking great, Lady!!! Hey can I ask what you latitude is? I love outdoor growing and you don't see much of it. I am at 45 degrees N in Oregon, USA and expect an early-ish harvest of Late September at the equinox. It looks like the spring equinox is about March 22, is that a reasonable date to harvest a plant where you are?

Hey lazy, Thank you!

I’m somewhere around 35 deg south and start getting antsy about the risk of cool, humid conditions as soon as we get into April.

Ideally I’m looking for outdoor strains that will finish by the end of March and not much later. It’s also a question then, of how quick they are to respond to the light change and initiate flower. :Namaste:

I took it at 70 or 71 days if I remember correctly. I probably could have gotten away with 65 days (might try 65 on the one I currently have growing).

Its crazy long lasting for me. 4+ hours on 3 bong hits (when I normally hit 4-6 bong hits for 2.5 hours on most other strains I smoke). Its very energetic and uplifting to me and I guess it must work pretty good on pain because I am always exploring something outdoors after smoking her. Its not trippy or overpowering to me....just waves of energy that doesn't want to relent. I have had highs last outwards of 6 hours on 4 hits on her.

The genetics are a pairing of Chernobyl crossed with Mozambique. Neiko said the flavor reminds him of Malawi so I believe it takes a lot after the African side....but with a very manageable flower time. Mine didn't stretch much either (but it was trained out pretty good so who knows what it will do if left alone). I just posted an update on the clone I have flowering at day 32 if you wanted to take a peek.

Definitely taking a look, thanks!

& @Van Stank so how long does it like to flower for? :Namaste:
Not sure if you saw the response in the post to Daj, but I went 71 the first time around but I will likely try her a bit earlier this harvest.....65 days or so.

That is dependent on how she finishes. My temps are a little cooler than where I grew her the first time around so I don't know if it will effect the finishing times.

Thanks both - I did miss it !

Was curious if it would be an outdoor candidate for me, but it won’t. I’m working on my indoor skills. I have some Ace seeds lined up for this ‘off season’ indoor adventure. And I’m rehearsing quiet extraction options in the meantime...
:Namaste:
