I had an awesome visit to the recycling place at the tip yesterday. They call it the buy back. It was totally a garden shopping expedition so I’m documenting it here with the claim that the pics are all on topic because of that 
First thing... is it any wonder that folks dump their rubbish all over the place when this is what the public waste management facility charges to take it...?
So what I was hoping to find was pots, large ones because I really don’t want to buy new plastic if can help it. They didn’t have any.
I did find a contraption to set my soaked and draning 1gal pots in though... it’s rough... but it will do the job well.
I also saw something I would definitely have purchased in the past - would have been perfect if making my DIY grow box... to black out around the door... I didn’t buy it... I’m not DIYing so much, but I’ll share the pic anyway

I used to love using these at the local library during my high school study years.
I didn’t buy that! Just a bit of nostalgia.
I also saw these in a dish on the counter... it’s a few years worth for me!
There is about 30 of them, perfectly new.
All in all it was a productive visit that cost me all of $2 and I’m not too wrecked today so far. I won’t be doing anything though, I’m certainly feeling it.
The bone scan was fine - I have good bones. No osteo
This is a surprise to the docs but not to me. My mum may have it, and I may have been 80% bedridden for 2years and have had an early menopause (all the ingredients for osteoporosis) but I have a super healthy diet, and I use cannabis
. Been using oil dosing daily for nearly a year now. I’m good.
After the tip shop stop we dropped in at a couple of lookouts on the way home so I could sit and vape a bit and enjoy the world for while. It was a howlin wind but I didn’t let that stop me - and it doesn’t kill vaping the way it does if trying to light a j or a pipe!
We went to a spot overlooking the rivermouth where we surf a lot so I got to watch the waves and feel myself on them again. I joyfully drank in that feeling for quite awhile... can’t share pics of that without it being potentially recognised so I’ll juts shar a couple of shots of the ocean I was looking at... was a beautiful brooding stormy sea and sky
Big Blue is doing really well today. It may be motley from the root drowning (Doc has confirmed the likelihood my theory is correct) but just look at this posture! Pray baby pray! I believe the word Gray used was ‘electric’ ...
Doc’s advice is to trim more
everything except the top 4nodes he said. That means removing more than half... it’ll be a wrench but I’m endeavouring to extend my growing techniques and knowledge/experience so I’ll bite the bullet... and clean it up like he suggests... later today maybe...

Oh ya ...she's a real purdy thang Amy!...I would also prune her some..not a lot though ..not 1/2 . Take every bottom fan off,..then have a look at her. look closely at the branch es...pinch off any lil shoots and small leaves. Excellent trip to the yard...That cage lookin thing will work for ya...no bending over so much...Ya know Amy....you should get ready to transplant her soon eh.

I’d love it - but our laws are stupid and folks are uptight about cannabis...
We could all meet in Hawaii - it’s halfway...
Ok will tidy up the lowers. There are literally 10+ nodes in there so if I did what Doc said it’d be more than half.
I was aiming to follow Docs pattern of transplanting at about day 60-65 and when it’s needed water every day for a week and has alternating nodes. Then upcan and flip. That’s how he did it in the DS thread and what he recommends so I was aiming to follow that as much as possible. I’ll see how I’m going with that in a week... It’s still taking days to dry out so, not enough roots yet

Ya —- even Jamaica looks expensive from here... Aussie dollar not super healthy against the USD right now. We were looking at Jamaica the other day and ‘gee it’s expensive ‘ was the first thing we noticed. Guess it depends where you go though

That BD looks like a plastic plant it's so lush and shiny! Great recovery and nice pics of the ocean. I'm 4 miles from the same ocean and I never see it

I'm well beyond surfing age but I'll see if there's a parking spot this weekend and I'll dip my toes in! Parking is always the issue.

I dunno! Someone just told me that once and I had a “parking angel” dashboard angel for years we called Rosemary and 80% of the time she never failed me. Pretty good odds! I’m one of those folk who always aim for the park right out the front, and get to a lot of the time.
I think my best park - see you’ve caught me post toke and high so I’m rabbitting about parking now
- my best park was when we drove from where we lived, to Sydney to see Lily Tomlin live, planning to drive home after the concert (it was about a 3hr drive). I convinced the other we should aim for a park right out the front and as we drove up to the theatre, someone pulled out, and the parking went from 1hour to unrestricted (must’ve been just the time of day the restrictions ended). Was so perfect! Awesome performance, came out at the end, stepped into the car and drove home with a stop for coffee halfway out of town. Rosemary! Goddess of parking - Thread starter

I'm chuffed that you managed to get out and about as it does do wonders for ones health, I don't like the sounds of osteo as they found telltale signs of it on my lower spine l4-l5 when I was told I had degen disc disease but I'm loving your fake plant as she is truly stunning don't know how you can trim her.....
