Invi ma man how's if goin.. Yes definitely wil be a two stage harvest now

I think fishcake was just playing with u :)
Those documentarys are there to turn the masses against cannabis. Ur average joe will watch that and take word for word as gospel truth and preach the shit he saw on the tv! Shocking how they can air such blatant miss truths

Don P is a good folk to have around:)

All nice :)
Yes, all those little calyxes fattened up, got some resin on them, maybe even a few more grew. They will look like nice buds, just small ones.

thanks for the compliments fish cake,

@AleX, my first jornal started out with cfls, its all i had at the time, i used loads of 23 and 30 watt cfls, but when i was using around 400watts in total i thought it made sense to switch to a ballast type light so went with the dual spectrum hps, its good for both veg and flower so no need to swap bulbs from mh to hps.
but i found i still use the cfls to start seedlings and clones because cfls give very tight node spaces and keeps the plants very bushy early in veg, so a couple of weeks under cfl then plants go under hps,
the only problem with cfls is they lose light very quick, if you hold your hand against the bulb then slowly move it away you will see that even after a few inches the light is a lot less, not sure how well the bigger cfls work or what penetration they got,
but lower wattage cfls like the ones i use have very little penetration, id say about a foot max, how ever i do use them around my home and 1 bulb lights up a whole room, but for growing they need to be very close to the plants, i try to keep mine about an inch or 2 from the plants,

when i used cfls to grow and flower i had several above the plants then several hanging down the sides of the plants, they work well and gave me a decent yield, but using the hps has really changed the game and is giving me better results for flower, but for veg as long as the cfls are close they do a good job with very little stretch,

Hey don Paul
Have to agree totally with u. Once harvested I'm back to hps for flower
Il continue I think to veg under CFls though. I scored a dozen 21 watt t5s a few weeks ago I'm going to add also for veg
Can't beat hps for flower. Watt 4 watt they are the dady
