I like to soak the seed for a half a day and then straight into a cup of soil:)
 
I dont even wait for the tap root to show. just soak it and plant it. then hope:)
 
Had a look at my stems there like a little thumb lol
This one looks like its throwing out roots! About 1cm above soil

I was stoned earlyr.... It's weird how u can take something written for meaning something els

I took that as your plants have roots growing out of there stems above soil level...
Wen in fact u were saying u were in the mood were u didn't no what to do lol

Ignore me I'm rambling. Sometimes you need a strate head to understand something and sometimes u need a "high as as mo" head to get what's been said :)
 
Also.... Iv been thinking. I wish I could grow my next slh from clone instead of seed. Because I have one super dense girl and one fluffy fucker I no now the phenos of strain is pot luck as to which seed will grow which way. I want a clone ideally off girl on the right.

Anyone have much expieriance with taking clones off flowering plants?
At to what success?

Lol plant must really want more soil :)
I'd raise soil level so all roots are under again.. can't hurt :)

My last batch of clones were all taken during flower - hope some will root.
Last grow i cut some clones too while in flower, they rooted nice, but took a bit more time than a normal clone. All of Shizzy's plants were cloned like this, so just look at those if you don't belive in it :)
For me seed vs clone means more than a month difference. Adult plants grow in a much better structure than seedlings right from start.
 
Thanks invi. Yea it's weird il not be re covering simply because I have good dnough access to the stem with thix set up. Plus she's a greedy slag she has 42 litres of soil and perlite she's getting no more. Haha

Thanks for the info on clones I'm not sure what to do, be a shame to waste the seed now iv started germinating too
 
All looks to be coming along nicely mate. I've just taken a couple of clones off my SLH. I have taken clones from flower before they do grow but as said before they do take longer the later in flower the longer. A good benefit with clones from a flowering mother is when they do start growing properly they sprout various crowns and starts to grow like a plant that's been topped a few times. That's whats happened with some of my flowered clones. I will post pics of a clone I took from my last plant just before harvest I will be adding to my grow room in the next day or so

Invi friend.... I do have the room but with how laws are here less is better. They take a dim view of perp grows full stop and more plants more consequences. I'm trying to aim for one in veg one in flower at all times :)

The big house move that was going to make me harvest these at 11 weeks regardless is no longer an issue. It's not happening anymore so iv been looking through the ""free to collector"" section and I think iv found a cupboard with great potential as a veg cupboard. So wel be off to collect it in a bit. It's not the modern lookin type but the old solid type
 
Watered these girls just now and I think I may have watered slightly later than they need. Had a few soft droopy fans just now. Sure they'll be fine hope so anyway guess its water 2 litres every 2 days now
