And I thought the same thing til I read these. but transplanting makes sence for a better root system. Roots grow outward til they hit bstruction generaly. So most of middle area is wasted. Unless you start them in small pot so they start to wrap around, then transfer so they expand. Now a nice rootball in middle, and around the edge. :)
 
I had this understanding before that u should start in small pots the transplant as to build a healthy root system. I was then advised best bet is big pots all the way less stress. Wel il be small potn it just now

I guess a cup full of soil for the start may be the way to go till the roots get established but after that I would only go with her final home.
Transplanting is a stressful thing more than once:)IMHO

I wonder how long the soil will have to sit wet initially if you put her into 42L right at start. You might get a bit of mold?
If you start with a smaller pot her roots can drink the water from the soil much quicker. And if you transplant her well before being rootbound it should not stress her anyway.

:) the second last pik is the slh on the left. She is no we're near as resiny as girl on the right. I wonder if possibly its anything to do her taking the brunt of the tower fan all day. Or would a brisk breaze not affect things like that?

Talk about underestimating the stretch !!!
I veged for 4 weeks... I think if I'd of trained right through stretch to day 21-25 of flower I would of filled the screen nicely with one week less veg time. This strain to me seems perfect for Scrog even thou this time iv not executed it perfectly
