Alaskan1's Flo n Gro Mixed Bag Grow

Today was the first day I was actually out of bed for longer then half an hour. Was suppose to change the res 2 days ago but was only able to add water and check PH level and head back to bed. Finally got the res changed today. Second week letting the PPM level go at 550.
All the plants looking ok with the exception of 2. One is wilting and no idea why. The second plant issue is well, the damn thing just ain't a growing. All others have good looking new grow.

Thanks X and Chief for checking in on me. Glad to be up and walking around again. Boy the flu sucks azz!

This is the new growth from the Flo n Gro system

Head Cheese pics, Last weeks trimmed a lot of the fan leaves and branches off the back one. Today it was the front ones turn. Will have to start tieing off the the top colas so they won't hit the lights

Thanks for the reps Chief!

I have room in my bud tent for a WW if you know of one looking for a home. :oD
Thats a 4x4 tent that actually has room for one more plant and thats it.
Got my DIY ez cloner done tonight too. Thing works killer.

Just bought two more 4x8 tents and 2 more Flo n Gro systems so I'll be rockin soon.

Looking good...Wont be long before you can start your own tent dealership :)

Psssst, hey.....yea you. I have some pretty little tents around the corner :oD

(3) 4x8
(1) 6x6
(1) 4x8

the 4x8 will be turned into a mother tent once I am done with the current grow thats in it.
Trying to get some grows on rotation so thats the need for all the tents.

So I was up in my grow room today looking at my plants. I noticed that the plants that looked good were also the same plants that were good looking clones and showing good development.
We were using humidity domes and growing the clones in grodan cubes. Problem was we kept the clones in the humidty dome growing roots way too long as we didn't have a place to put them. Basically, we grew the clones way too early.

The lemon kush we started from seeds have never really taken off. It was our first attempt at growing from seeds. One we have as a mother plant in soil and it seems to be doing ok. One looks like it's trying to grow and it's nice and green. The last one just isn't growing at all. Nice and green yet no growth at all. I think I have the first pygmy plant known to man lol

Our mother plants aren't looking too bad. The AK47 is just going gang busters. The Peanut Butter Kush looks kinda spindly which bothers me. Same with the Head Cheese. Blueberry is a new mother and it's looking promising. The Lemon Kush mother doesn't look too bad but we still don't know if it's a male or female yet. We have been feeding them tap water which comes out of the faucet at a 6.5 PH.
I had been feeding them the nutes I have been using for my hydroponics at 300ppm but have decided to go with Alaska fish fertilizer 5-1-1 and feed them twice a month with that. See how well they grow with that.

Thought I would show off my DIY EZ Cloner, has 28 sites
Used the same pump and nozzles as the ez cloner. I also will be adding 2 air stones when used. It's a already to go!

Nice! + rep if I can. That should work nicely. :thumb:

Thanks for the reps! Will start using it in two weeks as we just cut all the mothers back and will feed them the Alaska fish fertilizer 5-1-1 tomorrow in hopes they bush out and give us some good healthy clones. Tomorrow we are buying a air conditioner for the room, get that installed and then set up the new tent and lights. Should work out well.

ok, so I am requesting input from EVERYONE :helpsmilie:

What can I do or need to do in order to have a better journal. What have I done incorrectly or what can I improve on? Thank you all for any input you may have. :Namaste:
Here's what you can do...

Stop making me look bad!!:rofl::rofl:

I know you are doing some of these, but here's my advice for getting more participation - these would be my general suggestions for anybody wanting more participation in their journal:

  • Post frequently, to keep it at the top of the "current threads" list. It might help to post updates during "prime time" hours, so to speak.
  • Post pictures often, close-ups rock. Everyone's journal gets more popular in flower... Everyone loves pics of cannabis flowers! :)
  • Be out and about, participate in other journals and comment, believe me many will want to know who the nice guy is that complimenting their efforts or offering encouragement. Even better give people reputation points for their accomplishments or efforts. And they will be guided to check out your journal if you have slink in your signature.
  • Have an obvious, bold link to your journal in your signature
  • When you can, participate in contests (nug of the month, plant of the month, etc)
  • Find a cool, original pic for your avatar
  • Ask someone knowledgeable and popular to check out your journal when you have a question or need going on there that they may be able to help with. I get asked to check out people's journals this way sometimes, and people like to help. It's always good to have good growers and advice in your journal - it will attract others as well.
  • Do you feel like you have a talent or skill that others could benefit from as it relates to growing? Post it in your journal - it will come up in people's searches and bring them by your journal. For example, I think I'm going to put a copy of this reply post and topic in my journal in case it helps someone else, too. ;)
  • Finally, be patient and write your journal to help yourself next time. It will help you down the road if you have good notes and pics in your journal, so value yourself as the most important audience member. It takes time for people to get to know you and find you. Remember the hidden audience too - a lot more people follow then participate, sometimes they come out of the woodwork only once they feel they have something to say. It will come! :)

For what it's worth I think you are doing great and the journal is going well. Keep getting yourself out there, and you'll get more participating. Things looking good in the grow room, too!

Keep rockin' it brotha!!! :cheertwo:
