Alaskan1's Flo n Gro Mixed Bag Grow

I grew out a Blueberry, and remained vigilant like Jandre suggested, but wouldn't do it again. Personally, I think you did the right thing. Blueberry is a bit of a PITA in my opinion, and it's another one of those classic strains that doesn't like growers much. Sometimes, you want to try the original or classic stuff, but it's a once is enough proposition for me. Too much work trying to keep up with the nanners, and unlikely you'll be able to prevent unwanted hermie pollination, imo. Better ways to get seeds than from hermies, imo. Having said that, I've tried it and wouldn't disparage anyone for doing the same. Just that after trying it, I wouldn't again. Now, a plant that doesn't hermie until week 7-8 is another matter - no sense trashing a plant right before harvest.

Well said.

To me, if I get a few seeds in some killer ass weed I grew because it hermied, that's an extension on my investment. A few fem seeds are worth their weight in gold. At 40-130 for 5 fem seeds, MORE than that, actually.
well if it had been killer weed ( the good kind) that would be one thing but, it;s the bad kind of killer weed LOL

please be advised

we have bud porn

Alright, I'm hoping someone has an answer so I can understand what happend. Started the week at the res change of a ppm of 1406. 24 hrs later dropped all the way to 1130 and no water uptake. Then they started drinking a ton of water and the ppm started going up. PH pretty much stayed level for the most part. Very little adjustment which is unusual. PPM's went all the way back up to, 1245 then 1320 and tonight they dropped back down to 1220.

Never have seen this before. Whats going on?

Plants... living... growing... That's what's going on. Put the TDS meter down, and relax. If there's no sign of bad, then it's good! pH is in range, so don't worry. I think now that you've found out your system is okay, you're focusing on something else to stress about. Just watch your plants and be happy. THEY will tell you if something is wrong, THEN use the meters to find out what... Not use the meters and expect something wrong... If they're green and growing, things are fine. Meters are best used when not used every day. Good to check PPM and pH as you're mixing nutes, but then you just gotta put them down, man. Between nute changes, check it at the halfway point and don't freak out if things are a little off. The plants will talk to you, you just have to unplug, and listen/watch for them to say something... Right now, they're green and happy, they're saying that nothing is wrong...

Now... smoke a nice indica... sit in the middle of the room, take a deep breath and repeat after me.

"I will not love my plants too much"
"I love my plants, but, I will not overdo it."
"KOOOOOSRabbaaah"

so... how do you feel? you know what... don't answer that. Just be mellow, man...:hippy:
