Alaskan1's Flo n Gro Mixed Bag Grow

Oh, and I was thinking about your "yellow" concern a page or two back.

I've noticed that during the aggressive stretch phase of bloom that they can grow quite a bit in one day, and even at night. One thing I've seen is that when the lights first come on, they can look pretty yellow. If you look at the same plants right before the lights go off, the yellow seems to have disappeared, only to come back again when lights come on... I think it's mostly just new growth that has yet to green up. After stretch it seems to quit for me, too. Also, bloom ferts don't have as much nitrogen, which probably contributes, too. Just spewing another thought all over your journal... ;)

One other thing I forgot to clarify.......I water 3 times during light....once when the lights come on. then 4 hours later. Then one more time an hour before lights go off. Using a half an hour soak each time. Was told if I didn't have as many pots as I did then 15 mins.

Thanks for bringing up the yellowing issue. I figured thats what it was due to and was told I "could" throw some extra "N" in there but it's not really needed.
You can spew all you want on my journal lol

They have gotten very bushy and very healthy but, I honestly thought they'd be taller then this by now.

if you look at my new growths, even in the sun they r a bit yellow when they are newly forming, but they usually green up pretty quick for me :) but I'm no expert :Namaste:

Wowser Kush, I'd like to thank you but I can't. The genius is the members of this forum who have helped me so much. Answered my dumbass questions and steered me in the right direction. Just a few who come to mind are Xlr8, Jandre, Bassman, OMM, THsea, 253Cheif, Mr Smith, Mr Krip. Quix I mean the list goes on and on. I could be here a good portion of the night listing people who have helped. (If I have missed anyone I sincerely apologize)

I just hope one day I can pass along what the people here have passed to me.
I'm still learning but I'm getting a better grip on things

You are rockin it my friend. Great growing and journal. I remember you asking advice for greater journal participation... I think your journal rocketed past mine, lol! Thank you for the props, you are doing very well. :thumb:

Went into the grow room today and found some upexpected problems. Opened the res in tent 1 and there were bubbles all over the place in the res. I can't remember for sure if I put H202 in the res or not this time. Put some in and after it is through with it's current watering cycle it's going through roght now I will change out the nute/water res and put in new nutes. Last thing I want to do is over feed the plants with H202 sooooooo....Dopey me. Not sure how I could get root rot though as the temps have NEVER gone over 70 in the res.

The only "dumbass" question is when the dumbass doesn't ASK IT! Anyone who says any different isn't here for the right reasons... or they clicked the wrong grow forum, or something... eiter way their vote doesn't count. We're here to help, support, and further the 420 Movement in our own way, and answering questions in an integral art of that. Ask on, my friend, ask on....

I had NO issues until I changed from the mixing pump to the AIRSTONE! I won't be making that mistake again I guarrentee you!

I cleaned everything with bleach and added H202 at 125 ml per 5 gallons, I will let it soak everything for 2 hours then drain and reclean every damn thing. I will renute at half nutes and add H202 and full dose of hygrozyme

I just noticed you are using a garden hose for your supply line. . . Did you bleach the hell out of it before using it? Does it spend ANY time outside or used for other purposes? Do you drain, sanitize, dry, and cap the ends between uses? This could be your culprit.
Only thing it's ever been used for is draining and filling. And it;s been in use for a couple of months now with no issues so I highly doubt this is the cause.
But no, I don't cap it.
It's getting it's ass bleached tonight let me tell ya.
Everything is getting a good soaking in bleach
