6 Ladies Cloned Trifecta, 2019, Indoor 4x8 LED

so you will end up with a sort of hybrid of SCROG and trellis... but it is going to work great either way. It will just be harder for you to keep all the buds within a couple of inches of the sweet spot is all. In my present 2x4 space, I wish to maximize as much as I can.
This SCROG was 4’x6’ w/3.5” Trellis.
(Advice) If you’re going to make a copper one too, be sure to glue/solder the connections. I used AC tape thinking it was strong enough, but it ended up coming apart in the middle.

1 light “should have” covered the whole SCROG, but I ended up getting another just in to be sure.

Is there a general timeframe for the stretch, or more plant/environment dependent?

noted... I had that same trouble with my pvc version several years back.

More light is usually a good idea. I might have solved that issue in my tent, but that still needs to be tested.

Stretch generally lasts for around 2 weeks, give or take depending on the variety.

Almost 15” above net. SMH. I feel like they doubled in height overnight.

I started tucking the right side, I’m not sure if I’m doing any good though. The Jack Herer is really viney. (Front 2)

Not really sure how much I want to stress them. Not sure about lifting the SCROG either. It’s buried. I still have 40” to ceiling.

I've always heard 21 days for stretch but like Emilya said it will vary by strain. Just measure at flip and see when they stop growing!

As long as you can get under the net and prune then leaving it on is fine. A higher one will keep your colas from flopping if your plants have a tendency toward that. They shouldn't be leaning on each other when they're in flower, it keeps the light and air from getting to the whole bud.

I’m not even a week in yet. Here’s the canopy. They could use another clean up.

Should I just cut these? They are barely tall enough to get past the screen... or should I trim and make room.

well, I don't count that bloom starts at flip either... I wait 7-10 days for the buds to actually form before I declare first day of flower... and then it is about 2 weeks from then. I think Shed and I are on the same timeline.

Yes. Yes we are! 21 days from flip, two weeks from pistils...or whenever stretch actually stops as measured with a ruler of your choice :).

Don't trim during stretch, it can slow down the growth. That's why we thin before flip and then after stretch is over.

I trimmed a lot prior to flip, the growth over the past 2 weeks has just been overwhelming. I’m either going to pull the trolley wheels off, if not just lift the whole SCROG.
A couple of the main trunks are getting all contorted. I think that the stress I’m seeing on that front right side Jack.

Kind of cool looking though. It’s about to be lights out... I’ll take some natural light pics in 10.

Arm shadow Jacks it up, but they ended up very healthy. Middle left was the mite infested Afghan. One of the strongest now.

If that were my setup I'd get a mechanic's creeper!
LMAO! Right. I just rest my head on the box in the back and go for it. Have some Stapleton, Marley, or Rebelution always playing in the background. I moved a lot around earlier. I think removing the wheels on the trolleys will buy me the space I need. These girls have some thick “trunks”.

**Note**
If you want to do a super viney, fast growing strain for LST tactics... Jack Herer is it. Very flexible, and would be cool to do a vertical lattice, grapevine style. Don’t grow with shorter strains for sure. Those 2 are definitely the odd ones out of the six. Thirsty as hell... that’s why they’re in the front.

That’s at 3 months veg, before heavy trim, and SCROG. That’s a 5x3’ in the background that I thought would work. Lol.

**hands in the air**
Might just let them roll... it’s going to mess up too much to lift the SCROG. What if I pulled the tallest ones down with pipe cleaners and attached to the nets? Ever done that?

I’ve been Neeming for months now.
Ordered 1500 predatory mites, 500 mites specific to thrips, and 150 lady bugs. Should be here tomorrow.
