The discoloration on the edges of the leaves is due in part to a little burn and also a ph fluctuation issue. There have been times that I've been away overnight and I've let the ph dip to 5.1 and that causes a lockout which adds to the condition you see on the leaves. The way to rectify that is to utilize a larger res. I hate that the leaves are exhibiting the def because it's ugly and the pictures arent that mouth watering because of it. Either way, the product seems to be coming along fine and there's plenty of green left in the canopy. Everytime I grew in soil the leaves would turn yellow on me in the latter stages of flowering but they are staying quite green in the aero system. In fact, if it were not for my stupidity, the leaves would look like they were on a plant in the middle of the veg stage.
I've learned a lot about this system during this grow and I'll be able to dial in much better on the next run. There's approx 20 days left before harvest. The nugs are starting to harden up real nice. They are also packing on some nice weight. The plants have some frost on them but they arent sugar coated as the pheno of SW that I'm growing doesnt get super frosty(never has for me anyway). I'm actually looking forward to growing a different strain. After the next run I will be switching to Trainwreck.
I went and checked the outdoor plants yesterday. The spacing at the top is really tightening up and pistils are showing everywhere. I am guessing I'll see obvious bud sites by August 15th. I'm at 39* Lattitude. Plant 1 was topped and stands 67 inches tall. Plant 2 was not topped and it stands at 53 inches tall. We've had some chilly nights here and they have a purple tint to them. I'll go back around Aug 7th and if they are showing strong flower formation I will switch to Blossom Booster for the remaining feedings. The plants are starting to add some girth as they are branching nicely. I'd love to harvest 10+ ounces per plant. Fingers crossed.......... I'll add more pics of them when they start budding.

I have 55 gals and if I use 30 pots and go 2 days I suck the res DRY..I have to limit my grow to 20 plants to keep it stable. I would use a 100 gal but it just isnt feasible, the money has been spent and Im done buying equipment. If I can hit 5lbs Ill be at 1.12 grams/per watt.....if the stars line up lol...Im basing it on the last 2 grows and the numbers are consistent. my math might be wrong also so who knows

Early on my ph fluctuated UP.... within the last 2 weeks the fluctuation is going DOWN..... what gives?

Ive had my PH go from 3.0 to 9.8 over the course of 10 days...thats why you see some crispiness on my foliage. SALTS and LOCKOUT.....if there is piece of advice I would give is FLUSH FLUSH FLUSH....and more FLUSH. lol I know you dont have "media": per say but I do and that media will hold that bad crap in it. By the time you notice it the damage is done...hence hydro is so damn fast. I have 2 260 gl/powerheads circulating my res and the sponge filters plug up every 10 days so now I clean them along with my weekly flush schedule. All the thick nutes,added bene bacterial and sugar its no wonder.
