Some colas are going to be the better part of a foot tall..... yet some will be in the 8 inch range..... I let them go vertical just a tad early but that'll just make for taller colas!
You see my hand in there. There's about 9 inches between fingers. I'd guess I have 5-6 more days of stretch. Some colas might approach 12 inches...
For the most part the canopy is even

I agree with you, you may have gone 12/12 a little late. Are you considering clearing out some of the leaves?

I didnt go 12/12 late,,,,,the screen is not overgrown at all. In fact I believe I flipped them at exactly the right time....
I went vertical a little early though, meaning that I probably should have trained them for 3 or 4 more days. This means the colas will be a little taller than I expected but that's ok.
I've cleaned a majority of the leaves underneath but I'm going in stages. I've removed at least 3 pounds of fan leaves under the screen but its a work in progress because I don't want to shock the plant and stunt it by removing them all at once. Before it's over there won't be much at all under the screen.
Ill start tucking fan leaves up top too(tomorrow) because many are covering bud sites which arent quite as tall. I'll provide pics of how and why I do that.
