Will you be dropping the added cal-mag as well then?I will continue to follow exactly the feeding schedule for the Prescription Blend nutrients.
Just a little info: This last couple batches I have increased A and B 10% (11ml per gal) this gets me closer to 1000 ppm total. 10 ml of each is closer to 920 ppms. I also provide regularly Cal-Mag at the 3 ml per gal minimum mainly because I am using Coco. Mine are really a nice green so it's working.@beez0404 got your DM but I hope its ok to just reply here and make all the info available to the readers in case it could help someone else as well.
Looking through your info here I have given this a lot of consideration and my overall recommendation is if they are a lighter green then you want, you should continue to add a little extra calmg but keep the Core A/B levels equal. You can increase the overall nutrient strength but with even amounts of A/B.
Increasing the amount of Core B puts in more N but it also raises the level of K in your solution which can adversely impact the Ca and Mg absorption leading to needing to add calmg to maintain balance. The way the nutrient system is setup is to be adjusted with calmg addition if needed but to keep Core A/B equal.
Not at all. Just giving a little tip and agreeing with you to bump up A and B together if you need to increase.@Brett Blaze your plants are certainly lush, I hope my comment above wasn't interpreted to say you can't make this adjustment. I intended to highlight how this would change the nutrient solution and what to look for afterwards (as in keeping an eye out for needing calmg in addition if your upping Core B).
Good luck to ya, @Mayne I hope you have a healthy and bountiful grow.cool beez, I flipped tonight also, day 49, ( already in dark just 15 mins ago for 14 hours. )
