4 Strains Under TopLED LG-G04B96

Maybe we could cross bread our new strains in the future to produce a new super strain!:yummy:
Lol! Ya, but I think we have to stabilize them with a back-cross or something first, or we just end up with some wild renegade strain we can never reproduce! I'd love to get into that for real though. :)

Switching to 12/12 today. The big girls vegged for 2 months, the small hybrid from my own seed is two weeks. I will keep her in that small pot and leave her as natural as possible just to get a look at the phenotype and a taste of the medicine.

Looking really good P. Did you ever get that acidic pH fixed? I'm curious because I have 4 gallons of RO water I drew about a month ago and when I checked it Friday it had slid acidic. I went ahead and mixed their soup and fed and 3 days after they're doing well, but I don't want to go into flowering with suspect pH.

Thanks Gov. It's weird. A couple of times now I have found water with crazy low ph. Either I was really medicated and put a bunch of ph down in there or there is some contaminant involved. Anyway, I test everything twice now. Your girls look really healthy too. I bet you can't wait until they start 'filling out' those cages. :)

Your right! We would have to stabilize our strains first, which I planned on doing, then we would have to stabilize our new F1s from our strain cross! Do you plan on stabilizing you cross. Also, I think its a few ways to stabilize a strain. Ill be researching some more because I would love to have a new stable strain of my own! :)

Lets assume this strain was worth preserving. Even though it's an F1 of two commercially stable strains, can I assume that future seed stock will really match? Or do I have to start breeding with the seed stock that I grew?

It's just as important to find the pheno in astrain as it is to find the right genetics for your symptoms. I would assume that your cross would be different from someone else's cross using the same exact lineage (although I would expect similarities). In other words, if you want the exact same results you will have to use the exact same parents (same plants). That said, very similar results should occur, but no guarantees.

Thanks Dr! Sorry I didn't come up with anything to help with your deficiency problem. I was caught between ph and nute issues myself and only solved by repotting and buying a helluvan expensive ph meter. These girls have a wide range of flowering times; the Kali Mist at back right won't be ready until August! I hope my little hybrid will be ready last week of June. :)

Sup Panta, I'm subbed and interested to see how your 3x96 Reflector treats you. I have the same light coupled with a 135w LED. Your about 3 weeks ahead of my grow so I'll be following and comparing along the way. :reading420magazine: Hopefully you get that ph issue figured out.. I use RO water and mine usually sits around 5-5.8 before any kinda fudging I do to it, when was the last time you changed your RO filter cartridges?

Cool. I have 2 of the 3x96 but right now one is vegging all the spring seedlings for our greenhouse business. Come may I may steal the second light to run as a pair in the bloom room. Depends how big the girls get.

I buy my RO water locally and I suspect they probably don't regularly service it so that might be the issue. I think I am just going to go with straight tap.

:Namaste:

Hey guys, if anyone would like to share some of their vast knowledge of hydroculture with me I posted another thread asking for advice so I an grow the herbs for my business faster. If so could you share it over on that thread? Thanks :)

Recommendation for my herbs
