Day 8. When is best time to water? during light or dark cycle? Im running 20/4 now
That depends. With them being seedings i would say give en some sprays throughout the day, the ambient temps will evap the h2o thus raising the RH which is an added bonus (higher RH in seedling phase). And also give em a couple sprays rite at lights out so they can have a drink. Since all you have been giving is water the droopy looking leaves pointing down suggest TOO MUCH WATER!!! Unhappy plant (root zone).

just woke her up and gave her some water. Stopped once I saw some run off from the drain holes. let's hope the growing speeds up.

Too much water!!!!!! You're going to drown them out. Your watering habits are going to stunt growth. You want their roots to dive down into the soil searching for moisture. With runoff that means the medium is saturated thru (or just about so). #justsayin
Let them dry out!

I water my sprouts once a week when in small pots. When I up pot then watering schedule changes. Listen to your girls they will tell you when they are thirsty

Hydro is definitely the best way to go and easier for me. Just a lot of daily maintenance

If you water your plants too much, the roots can drown and die and it takes a long time for the roots to grow back. I suggest when you think you watered your plants too much, then set them in a some what warmer place so the wate eveporates quicker but not too warm! above 34°C your roots will dry out. Do keep a close eye on the eveporation. If the soil gets too dry just water it again no problem. But don't forget your plant being in a warmer spot

1 time giving too much water won't be a problem I think. You won't kill the plant with overwatering though

Yup one time isnt going to kill her. But you are rite it is much better to underwater then to overwater

But you do need to be careful with underwatering though. You don't want to dry out your plants! My little 3 plants (well pretty big now) get 1 liter water everyday. then I mean 1 liter for the 3 plants. It's still enough though but every morning I do see that they want some more though
