First Grow: Auto White Widow LED Soil

Thanks for the info. I am keeping the soil moist... temp is at 74... rh is at 40.... I’m not seeing much growth though at all. They are small and look healthy but not much going on with growth? Is this because th roots are spreading under the soil? They are in 5 gallon pots. I probably need to chill but any knowledge is appreciated. Thanks

Im in on this. I have the viparspectra 300w.. running next to the 600w... I'll be looking forward to see what you getting with 2x 300... I've had my fair share of problems just recently so my plants are super stunted I'm hoping they will pull through, I really like these Lights though..

Im running 4x2 tent 900w but it's 700w actual draw roughly.. I havnt managed to crop out my tent complently yet so i couldnt tell you. What i can tell you is though. Its more then just lightnin to all this... that the start and easiest part... your yield will ultimatly come down to your training techiniques and how long you wish to veg.. the linger youbveg the more yield youll get.. shorten that yield time with more plant ration so a sea of green instead of a screen of green (sog-scrogg).

The nutrients you use and how much you know your medium ect all plays a part..

Alot of ppl go by the rule of gram per watt (gpw)
I've read leds can pull 0.5gpw up to 2.5gpw and higher depending on the leds and par ect..

I'll be happy pull 1gpw.. but I'm looking for more gram per foot .. I want to fill my tent my question is.. What is a tents max capacity??? How many grams can you squeeze into 1ft.

Who knows how much to expect from your light basically.. that shit is dependant on your skill entirely

Some seeds give a potential yield off. I've seen some seed advertise as 450g-600g or 250g-300g

But again I don't know how they calculate this.. or what thier test setup consists of. 600g could be off a 1000watt hps hydroponic setup or it could be off a 250hid or led soil grow.. how much yield can I get is a question I've asked my self for a long time ... truth be told you never know till it's dried and cured...

Happy New year folks

Happy new years man an true I know it would have a lot to do with experience an setup your running as well as strain specific details but as I am a newb to a majority of this I am starting with soil an lighting to expand my grow an then go into other aspects of growing

Thank you for the info guys... For those of you that have grown ww auto before, did you find they stayed very small with not a lot of growth for the first 5 days after sprouting? I’m just curious as as they look healthy... very green... just not doing much. Could this be because the roots are doing the growing at this time? Any thoughts?

Give them a little time, they don't do much above ground the first 5 days.

Here’s a pic of each of them... the one is a lot smaller than the other. Your right... I’ll just breathe and be patient and let them grow on their time

Go every 3rd day.. the extra air won't hurt them.. but too much water and all sorts can happen.. play it safe take your time.. let them starve a little to build those strong roots.. I'm doing it now with my plants. Last time I have them a big watering was 7days ago... I gave them a light watering 2 nights ago 1.5ls instead of the 6l they take in 10gal fabric pots. I want my roots to stretch and stsrve before i transplant them in a day or 2

Sorry I haven’t posted lately... been working a lot. Here are some photos of day 10 since sprouting.

The one is quite a bit smaller than the other but is starting to grow now.

Hi high Wally. The reason I have it outside the tent is simply ease of filling without opening the tent. I will try putting it inside though if you think it will make a noticeable difference. The fan is running all the time to change the air out.

My veg tent is 4x8. Fan connected to rH controller. Box fan on medium inside tent. Humidifier inside tent connected to rH controller also. You are using the fan to control temps which is fine but your rH will suffer by getting sucked out. Just keep going they seem healthy! Cheers!

Have any of you seen this before? Not that I’m ready to LST but I found it in an old post and was wondering if it is the proper way? Seems so easy when looking at the diagram.
