1st Ever Grow, LED, White Widow Auto

I use as thumbrule 50ml of H20 until day 14 where I use 150ml. The idea is that from watering to watering it should pass 3.5 days and the soil should not stick to your finger when you dig down below the superficial soil.

ya it's been since the 21st since seeds went into soil and when I dig my fingers in it still seems damp. That's why I think my drainage isn't sufficient

I only had 2 going because it's my first go at this. 1 died because I overwatered or the drainage was lacking. As soon as I felt I would be down 1 plant this grow, I decided to germ 2 more WW seeds to add to the GRoom. They're ready for potting in the next 24-48 hrs.

Im a newbie too. This is my first attempt as well. I built this cabinet for abput $150 out of a old piece of furniture I had laying around. Im using T5's and CFL's. My electric bill only went up $5 lol. These bitches broke ground on Dec 15. The day we legalized recreational use in Mass. Im using FFOF soil and doing the FF Trio at 1/2 strength. I started off growong as an experiment before purchasing high CBD seeds to treat my sons life threatening seizures. Now Im ADDICTED to growing!!! Ill be following your grow.

Hi LadyK and welcome to 420, i think right now the 2 most important aspects is not to overwater which youve already discovered and controlling PH. I grow in rockwool and/or coco where the range is lower than soil. (5.5-6.0) i set my ph at 5.5 and let it climb to 6.0. Different nutes are taken up by the plant at different ph lvls. The important thing to remember about ph is not to shoot for a specific ph reading but let it drift within the ph range. This way your plant gets everything it needs. There are a couple of fantastic threads at 420 devoted to Autos, ill post links for you.

My options soil makes it much trickier for beginner I have one in soil one in coco. Coco gets watered at the 8s. Dirt is a pain in think. You have to get the correct dirt profile. I had cloth pots no drainage on plants that I transplanted to coco.

RESIST THE TEMPTATION!!!!
If anything get a spray bottle and just mist the topsoil. Mist it until it is uniformly moist and let it dry out. Then repeat if you feel she needs some juice. It will also act as a foliar in a way.

How have all the adjustments/tweaks panned out so far? Noticeable improvements??? #fingerscrossed

Make sure your plants arent spitting out the nutrients. No use using nutrients if they are all spitting out. You can tell by working out the ppm.

well I dropped the seeds in on the 21st. I'd imagine some watering needs to happen by now. maybe I will try what you suggested. I will post a picture in a little bit.

Make sure your plants arent spitting out the nutrients. No use using nutrients if they are all spitting out. You can tell by working out the ppm.
