its my biggest grow indoors with 6 plants under ledsWow. This must be your BIGGEST grow yet huh? Crawling out da jungle and into the forest! Nice

ya, i am not digging the GH Maxi too much it leaves way too much salts in my res and i know its doing the same in my Hempy buckets, once i gave them the DM she's now flowering. i have 2 plants with a def so i want to use the OC+ to see if it will clear things up, so it wont be 100% fair on both side with at least 2 plants but its good enough in my book for me to know what i need to know.
next grow i will do both from the start and see whats whats?
i am really liking just having to feed my girls water and not mixing all kinds of things, makes life so much better.

to me it looks like the 10/14 helps the maxi girls start flowering a little more but their not too much different then with 12/12, but on the other hand the DM one is starting to bud allot better. the Maxi is gone today i am getting some OC+ i wanted to wait today because its on sale for 20% off. the maxi will be cool for soil or something like that but i dont like it for Hydro. I think this whole time it might have been the nutes? i am not 100% sure but this is what i feel as of now.

Are you using Maxi or Maxsea.I know the Maxsea is realy good stuff but most people use it for soil grows with awsome results (17-17-17)30 bucks for a big container of dry 1 part.I hear you on the salt the best thing I would recomend with any nute containing organic especialy is to flush once a week with botanicare clearex.The fox farm is realy high in salt.

I am using GH Maxi Bloom
i do flush once a week with water or flora klean, the things is i dont want to deal with all the salts and flushing all the time and the time away from my day mixing nutes the keep chasing the PH cleaning the res all the time from the salts having to use a paint mixer to mix my res and all the good stuff when i could just give them PH water and be done. after seeing how simple it is with the DM girl i chose to do i want to switch over all the way to TRF. even if i lose a little yield its worth it to me because of all the time i saved.
after seeing my DM girl flower better then my Maxi girls as of right now i am sold that these ferts will flower great if not better then the maxi. everyone els seems to be having great results with the OC+ and IMO the DM is a better blend of NPK for flowering. 13-13-13 is perfect IMO. its well balanced. i just wish it had all the Micro nutes as OC+ dose. soon i will see what one works for me better in flowering. i will use the GH 3 part flora seris anytime but not the Maxi in hydro anymore. maybe out doors or something but not hydro

Aww I see what you meen.Yah from what I hear the gh works well for hydro.Yes and with flushing yes you seem to have that handled.I forgot you were having that flowering delay seems your heading in the right direction with your npk IMO.Once they take off im sure you wont be disapointed and you will adjust as necessary.I have no doubts in your ability in awsome final results.I find it hard to get dry nutes to disalve all the way and yes problubley better for soil.Not sure what nutes you have swiched over to I will half to look them up.I think my next nutes for my indoor hydro garden I am going to try the 3 part flora.Its realy not much work in mixing IMO.I will still use the FF soluble for flower I just add that to each bubble bucket after.(1/4TSP)FF you half to flush at least 1 or 2 times a week but I just pull the nets out of the pots and have an alt pot for that a little harder for hempy pots unless you have a drain valve on the veary bottom.Do you have a bubbler on your res.I have a neighbor doing green house in soil.He is using Maxsea and I half to say they look as good as your plants but 13ft tall. No bull shit.Not sure for flower as they are not budding yet. but in soil it converts a little quicker as IMO there is more variations to consider and its not a constant uptake if this makes sence.So if any one is doing soil and want an inexpensive grow nute I would recomend the maxSea 1 part for grow.I have seen numorouse expensive overpriced money makeing nutes of 15 part formulas lol.but I half to say after seeing my neighbors grow im sold on this product.MJ recomended npk is 20-20-20 the maxsea is 17-17-17.use in OF potting soil.My neighbor uses 2 cups to every 100 gallons of water and puts it on a drip.Are grows up hear are more of an industrial scale so nutes can be pretty expensive.Just my 2 cents.

right now i am doing one plant under some time release ferts from Homedeopt and its the plant that flowering now. it last 9 months and gives ur plants what they need when they need it, no extra salts to flush now. the plant uses all of if and no extras or given out until you water again. i am tossing out the maxi and using another TRF called OC+ it has 12 mirco nutes and every thing the plant can ask for. these are big company's that have been doing ferts for years, scoots is one of them. just give them PH water and ur done. simple as it gets.

All right guys i just bought a bottle of the OC+ for $12.00 today. let me share how.. today and Sunday OSH is having a 15% off sale on their ferts and they also have a 20% off coupon in their add off of 1 thing. so at the end i paid $12.00 for the 4.5lb thing of OC+.. you can get the add in the mail or at the store
now if you want to try the DM ferts i got mine at Home Depot for around $3.00 instead of $10.00. heres to ways to save allot of money but you have to act fast.

LMAO.. we will see how it goes? my moneys on the DM!! but maybe those 12 mircos on the OC+ will make the difference? but i love the DM NPK OVER the OC+. time will tell. all i know is my one plant with the DM is looking better then my 5 other plants with GH Maxi Bloom

i dont think they will do too good in DWC you dont want them wet all the time. its more for a system that has allot of medium. soil is probably the best, but were making it work with our Hempy buckets.

I agree.....I don't think it would work too well in DWC.
Hempy, however, is Shallow Water Culture, and it works just fine in there!
Irish, I'm going to try a couple of mine with regular 14/14/14 OC...not the plus. I've already got a micronute complex. That way, I can test the NPK and see what's better.
However, from everything I've read, 3-1-2 is optimal, and OC plus comes closer to that. We shall see.
