Well Irish I half to say I have been using this swamp tower fan for a couple of days in my room and this thing moves some air.But anyway its not going to compare to a frigid ac unit but RH is low and its 20 degrees cooler than it is outside.My room temp is currently 70 degrees 20 percent rh.I am happy with it.Puts out nice fresh cool air and my rh is less now than it was before I turned it on.
LOL the first thing it says in the directions is not to use it in a small space such as a closet.I just thought that was kinda funny:]

your RH is lower when you run the fan? whats the room temp with the fan off? what size is ur grow room?

18 DAYS OF VEG

I thought i would throw up some pics of the girls. the ones on the far right are the 100% perlite. the ones in the middle were the ones that have the problem. the ones on the left are a sun shine and perlite mix also.

one of the 95% perlite girls was the runt so i untied her and let her grow straight up. she is stacked with tight close nodes.

My room is 20x14 But i am using 2x4 grow tent with door slightly open for veg but i run my exhaust into my tent when i close the door.Before my temps were in the high 80s and 35-45rh but now rh seems pretty level at 20 percent and temp is 70-79.

Yes I would look into this one it has a 5 star rating and their on sail 2 bones and 5 percent off is a veary good deal.I have been looking for one just to keep me cool for a long time and they have always been real expensive like 400 hundred but they can do that at home depot or what not because at 110-120 dagrees they know you will buy it any way lol

Thanks man their not looking to bad for being in 100F* heat. i might wait another week. ill see how they look on Sat. before going 12/12. its gonna be nuts when i fire up that 3rd light things are already lit up good with 2 of them.

Well I am not totally dissapointed I am running 180 in the 1 watt from HH.I gave it 50 days flower and it did flower(popcorn).I pulled her out and put her in the outside garden to finish her off.But the lights are doing a good job veging my tomatoes along with a couple t-5s.I am waiting on a 3 watt diode 250 watt.I think I will be happy with a couple of these for my grow space.And if not I have my cool tube still hooked into my exhaust but im sure the 250s will work out just waiting on harvest so i can start my indoor.It will be my first hydro so ill keep my fingers crossed:]
Your set up is awsome bro. You could just take a lick off that plant in your last grow and be couch locked for the rest of the day lol.

Yes...It is one of the better units compared to all the bs units that are out there.They are quality built and they do stand behind there product.Gonjalisious is doing a grow journal with 2 of these right now and for a 2x2 it seems to be comming along nicely.I aslo took a pic of one of my plants I started to flower under the unit and it is posted in his journal.Its an ok light but the 250 is much better with 3 watt 90 degree diodes plus you can swich lights on and off for seedling veg and push flower with red spec.Personal prefrence realy but I like the flexebility of their units.

Yes I do use it for soil and it works veary well.I use the complete feeding I use to drive to arcata to get it years ago.Now its pretty common and also humboldt hydro has expanded and they have their own nutes now.My pops used humboldt nutes this year and he has some monsters.
I am not having any ph flux.for hydro.Its ph is pretty low and i half to bring it up a little but other than that I usually only half to drop it down every few days using only a gallon of reverse omni filtered water.But i dont think its getting enouph mag.Leaves could look a little better.Idk I also use a pinch of superthrive with my feedings.I am problubly just slightly overfeeding.I may not stick with the 3 part as the bloom I half to filter gets all over the roots and puts root rot thoughts in my head but i will still use the solid 3 part beastie,chching,open ses.There tomatoes thow I wont know until I start the good stuff just getting a feel of how things are going to go.Allready at limit with the outdoor grow.Little on the heavey side maybe lol.

i dont use glasses but i also do look into the lights. i am sure its bad for your eyes just light all the other light out their. ive been using leds for so long i am use to it, probably a bad thing.lol

Yeah it's bright as hell, no doubt..

I'm 12/12'n a new batch of hash berry under T5's right now. In two weeks from sat I will put the new batch under the GLH 300w for the last 8 weeks. From the looks of it, this light should do a little better then my current 400w HPS setup...

I'm going to bang out one grow first before I start a tread.. Just to check sh*t out...

Be looking for my..... 12/12 from a seed SOG bubble hydro extravaganza tread coming soon.... lol :)
 
So i broke down today and bought a big strong evaporative cooler.

i am like how it has a Pump burn-out protection system in it when it gets dry.
I will give it a try and see what it does in my room. my room is allot smaller then whats its made for, but i will take it back if things get screwy.

After looking into the leds try looking around outside every thing looks green and my eye sight seems hd colorfully improved lol.

I am not sure of the other brand but this one at half the price plus a bunch of bennificial extras and its ice ready.I pack mine with ice and have jel pack.These units also have a beep when water gets low and shuts pump off when water is depleated.They problubly work just the same these are just on sale for half the price.
