i got it at homedopt.. its made for soil not hydro as much but still works, but soil is ideal. yes this is my 1st time using it but not my last thats for sure. you could use it for flowering, thats what i did, but it is best to start a grow with is and mix it into the top 3" or deeper.. trust me bro all you need is the DM, but you can add whatever u want, not sure how it would react? but i think it will be fine, but i would just add the TRF's. not matter witch one u choose purple or red DM or OC+ you can grow like a pro and make life so much easier and save tons and tons of money! i chose DM because it works great in the high temps i have. the fattest buds are from the red bottle but dosent mean the other bottle wont do great, my plants went threw hell so if their doing fat buds i could only Imagen what they would do if the conditions were better. ill tell you what bro feed one of ur plants the DM and just water and feed ur other whatever you want, and talk to me and let me know witch one did better. was easier to feed, and saved you a shit load of money. they work and they work great. look at my buds, SS buds, Doc buds plants.

dont spend all that money on nutes from the hydro store. .
 
ok guys i got my Growlab GL120 tent today:slide: havent opened it yet want to keep it fresh and bug free until i get those lights from mike.

my buds look like they have doubled in the last few days, their at the stage were their just bulking up big time, i check the trics and are still clear with some a little cloudy so i still have some time left. i can see where this is going. i have a pretty bad cal def on the DM red plants, i feed them with some cal mag, but to be honest it doesnt seems to bug them their just getting hella fat. i believe even dog had a cal def and he said it didnt even seem to bug the plant either. but i still am correcting it a.s.a.p. the smell is out of this world, very sweet skunk smell that just reeks when u go into the grow area. getting real frosty to.

Elemental silicon is inert and appears to lack the property of causing fibrosis in lung tissue (although it may cause chronic respiratory affects?).

Crystalline silica(silicon dioxide), OtOH, will f*ck your cookies UP. It will cause skin and eye irritation on contact and mucus and lung irritation when inhaled. Oh... And lung cancer. Miners, diatomaceous earth workers, and other people who have occupational exposure tend to get lung cancer. It must get through some of the masks, I guess. I did automobile detailing for several years back in the day. Some of the products that we used contained silicon dioxide. We didn't wear masks - the cheap ones would clog up when you were sweating all over them and you couldn't suck air through them and who could afford a respirator? Nothing like running a high-speed buffer on toxic stuff that would turn to airborne powder.

Yeah, we did a lot of painting too. Some "top" priming/sanding/painting/sanding/painting/sanding and copious amounts of undercarriage "blackout" painting. First day there I asked one of the guys why was it called blackout, because they always used black paint (thinned with laqueur thinner and sprayed until you couldn't see)? He laughed, said, "No, you'll figure it out." Uh huh. Unwritten rule for a long time was to have the newest guy do that because nine out of ten of them quit within a month anyway. But after enough times of having to drag some poor kid (and the creeper he was laying on) outside so he could recover enough sense to stand up, we just ended up doing it ourselves.

I guess I don't really need to worry about saving up for retirement, huh?

well this grow i am only doin one plant, one big one, but not to big. so i wont be able to do a comparison, i wish i could that would be sweet. so r u using just the dm for nutes and nothing else? surely it is pretty cheap so ill prob try
 
can u do me a favor and put up some recent pics for comparison of the red dm and another, your latest ones dont say which is which. thanks bro i looked at doc buds grow, they were some big spears. if i was lookin at right grow.

yes start the grow with it and mix into the medium deep enough so it will stay moist and cool.

i am using DM Green, fuse, and Carbs. GF and carbs help me to get more frosty buds.

you want me to take a pic of the DM and another but not say witch is witch? i dont get it? are you trying to see if you can guess witch ones the red? Ill try to post some tonight

yes Doc will grow more spear shape buds because is grows 12/12 from seed. doest vegs so theirs not allot of branching. very cool way to grow if doing seeds.

so your saying mix the red dm into abit of my soil , like befoer i transplanted my plant into it. is it a liquid or powder? can i use the red dm for veggin or strictly flower?

so u use DM green fuse , is that just another additive that u can get at home depot

um so do you want me to label them or not? the last pics were of the Red DM and the tall but i lable was the OC+.

yes mix it into your soil before you trans plant, that way you leave ur roots alone. mix the DM in the soil them but ur girl in their and water and be done.
it works for veg and flowering. its 1 feeding for ur whole plants life, it feeds up to 9 months. all you do is feed water, no more mixing nutes. they are little balls kinda look like brown BB's, that give ur plants the right amount of food when they need it nothing more. you also dont need to flush because the food is only given when ur plant wants it. so u dont get build up. like i said you will need to add cal/mag to the red bottle plants because it doesnt have any Cal in it. the DM purple bottle has everything u need and u should need to add any cal/mag and the same with the OC+..

Green fuse is a additives you get at the hydro store. its one of the very few things i buy from their, but i like it so i keep it on hand. Do a Google search and you will see what it looks like. Carbs are like molasses and sugar. give you plants energy just like it does for us. molasses is carbs, the grow tek maxi carbo is what i use, just sugars. molasses will do the same

oh ok, thats pretty interesting and different. well ive only had my plant for a week so i COULD go get some and just trans plant it again? should i mix it everywhere in my soil?
how r u using it since u have drip system? just put it in ur water tank?

you could mix it in the top if its only been a week, just if you feel roots in a spot dont dig their. i never buried mine just there it on top and its working great, but works better in put in the soil IMO.

mix it even in the soil, all around in a big circle.

i dont use drip anymore, i hand water, the drip is for when i leave town.
no bro you dont put the DM or OC+ in water, just mix it in ur soil and nothing els, then just feed with water and ur done. i dont see it working too good with a drip system. oh ya these ferts say their guaranteed not to burn ur plants from over feeding. search Dynamite ferts on Google and read their web site it will explain things more better then i can on how they work.
 
ok cool. ya im gonna do some readin on the products, but i am seriously considering goin and getting some of the red dm. so i just need to add calcium and magnesium right? do i get these at the grow store or can i get at home depot to? is this stuff i add in soil aswell or water?

ive only sound Cal/mag at the hydro store. its in one bottle that has both cal/ and mag. you add that to u water just like you do with ur Fox Farm. the purple bottle or OC+ will be more user friendly. they all do great! if you have high temps them go with DM over the OC+ though. OC+ doesnt seems to like high temps in the upper 80's or 90's. DM did fine for me in those temps.

Hers those pics, its very hard to take pics of the back plants because their so tall its hard to reach back their, and theirs always other buds in the way of the pics, also since theirs allot of leaves its truly hard to show the buds in the pics. but i took the best i can.

OC+
1st pic is the plant thats not LST like all the others, so thats why theirs one big top cola, unlike the LST ones that are putting energy into more tops.

i notice somthing in these pics, the all the back plants seem to have smaller buds, i have 2 purple DM plants in the back, witch i have no idea how it would do up front, but i also have a OC+ plant in the back thats not doing as good as the one in front. and both of my red DM are in front. the lights is equal on all plants and the back ever has reflective material. maybe it has something to do with air flow? or the filter being in the back? i have no idea, the only thing i can think of os lack of air flow because the canopy is so dense? theirs still air getting to them i see it but maybe not enough? or its just those 3 plants suffered more to stress?
 
wow dude, that red DM are taking off!! the purple looks really good aswell. thanks alot for doin this bro, i really want to try this DM out, im gonna go see if i can get another kali mist clone so i can do a side by side test. one -red DM and other keep with the FF set, and see how they come out. if not this, im gonna switch to the red dm any way.
