1080w LED Inferno

I'd like to see one of those 18-24 month hazes where the plants were vegged to maturity and then flowered in a tent with an LED (300W-600W). But you sure wouldn't be able to "let them grow straight up," lol, unless it was a really tall tent (which would also be cool as you'd be able to give a penetration-report but it's probably not at all realistic). And you'd probably run into trouble trying to grow six plants in a tent of that size when their period of stretch was between 50 and 67 days. Be closer to one plant trained all around the tent (and back again lmao).

A real RPitA I'm sure. But it would be helpful for a lot of reasons.

And then there are those sativas with REALLY long flowering times, lol. The "one grow per year inside or out" kind that'll let a mundane keep up with the mental processes of a schizophrenic... But they're awfully hard to find these days with all the indica-polluted "sativas" (no offense to the indicas, I like them too - just not in my sativas).

I just recently started catching up on this thread, lots of cool stuff, but wow!!! I need more info on these year long sativas, never had any bud like that before...

thanks for reading my thread, its allot of reading but there is great info in here from all the growers working together and sharing this thoughts and info on here.

its hard to find those sativas, and IMO their meant more for outdoors then indoors. Ive seen some that were well over 12' tall outdoors. the get huge. thats why the sunlight is the best option.
lookin good mate!!

Absolutely beautiful ladies as usual... Very nice...

thanks guys for the kind words. this grow is turning out better then i thought. but either way its still not a great grow in my books, i know if i didnt have all those problems i would be pulling allot more buds. i lost the main top on one of my girls, and a few good size branches on some of my other plants, so theirs a few good size buds down the drain. i am just happy i should still be pulling some good size buds counting all the bad things that happen to this grow. Next grow should be the one because the temps will be allot cooler.

so just about halfway there in those pics.

looks like they're making up for making you wait on them so long ;)

great job on this grow, Irish!

ya 1/2 way from when i started adding the TRF ferts and they actually started flowering, witch was around the time i changed the lights to 10/14. so its just an ball park time.

I was looking and their lagging on the resin though compared to my last grow around this time. my new girls seem to have more leaves and bigger ones also.

check it out my old grow HS at 35 days

ya next grow i am gonna switch things up and pick up a different strain, not sure witch one. maybe a Case Jones or something. they get new clones in all the time so its hard to say what type they will have, but its always fire. might get some Blue Cheese they usally have those in all the time.

these girls are getting more frosty everyday, looked at them last night and their allot more coated. maybe since the temps are higher and all the other stuff their just lagging and they will catch up in a little bit? just keep adding some carbs and Green Fuse and see how it turns out.

i wanted to share an update i was told by my friend that owns a hydro store. those air filters i was talking about a while ago Air Box Stealth Series air filtering systems at Sunburst Hydroponics

are said not to be that good, my friend said he picked a few up for his store and everyone that bought one said it was junk, and it dosent come close to a reg filter at removing the smells. IDK for sure since i haven't used one, but thats all i need to here for me not to use it and stick to the typical ones that everyone and their baby's mom uses. thought i would share this will some of you just in case you guys were thinking about getting one. it sucks because it could have worked good for my grow room setup. but nothings worth trying out if it isn't proven and letting smells out.

Irish, I don't remember in which thread I saw your post about the Dynomite Jackson & Perkins Rose formula, but I thought that I'd let you know that you can get it straight from J&P's web site. I had been researching the DM line and saw that one looked about perfect, but I couldn't find any stocking distributor for it. I've got a couple coming. It will be a bit before I get started on the my next round, but it should be interesting!

thanks allot for that info. when you get it in please let me know i have a few questions about the Micro profile on it. it would be very cool if you could take a pic of the back of the bottle showing us or just tell us. if it has calcium in it, ill pick some up for sure. I also like the orchids and bromeliad's NPK of10-10-17 but cant find any info on the micro nute profile?

thanks allot for the info my friend. +REP

hey mate, how come you lost a top cola and some side branches?
wow there is quite a difference compare to you last grow, its all good bro might just take a lil longer than your last. still lookin good tho

i think it was from the Maxi nutes? things were going great, then they all started to just die off, then i switched to the OC+ and DM and everything got better, i still have allot of dead foliage on the bottoms, this grow is a lost to me because i know what they could have been, its so hard to grow 4'+ plants, i have strings holding buds up everywhere.

i have something special coming up in a few weeks or so, i am going to show you guys. i am getting things ready right now. ill let you guys know whats up when i have everything i need.

to let you guy's know i am going back to Sun Shine#4 mix. i was going to go with coco but just came back from a buddy's house that was doing a side by side with SS#4 and CoCo, and the SS#4 is doing better, he said this was his 2nd time doing a side by side and the SS#4 did better.. he also said that the coco was allot harder to grow with comapired to the SS#4, because how it holds the cal and the PH can get crazy with coco.

it had me thinking and SS#4 is cheaper, and from my last grow it did great! i am deciding if i want to still do hempy buckets with SS#4 on top and perlite on bottom or just regular 5 gal pots.

what was dieing off? just leaves?
thats a shame bro,but good news you got somehitn exciting goin on. cant wait to see what u doin?

i got a clone today, kali mist, im just gonna do one this time and see how it goes :)

ya the leaves just died then the whole branch dried up and was just a stem with nothing on it. its just too salty of nutes mixed with high temps and plants that are very dense and not allowing light threw. now on i am going to do 4 plants like last time so its not such a dense canopy, my grow space is just too small for 6 huge plants like that. i rather just do 4 big wide plants that are LST real good. if i pulled 19oz from my last grow with just 600w led unit and using the 3 part gh part in soil, i should be able to do better then that with 1080w in hydro with the same amount of plants. i am just gonna do the same thing i did my last grow but more watts of light, if it ant broke dont fix it. :thumb:

ya dude i def think that, more lights and hydro, ya you should get more than 190z's i would think. if you dont have the room to spread the plants apart then ya 4 is good. i cant wait to get enough lights to do 4.
