The tent you can get later, but don't skimp on your first light, because resale if you're not a legal grow is almost impossible without getting busted.
Either way, spend the extra money with your first light, you won't be sorry.

BTW ZZ, I think you should get a award for faithfulness and determination. You've come along way since a over watered seedling in a shot glass.
You should be proud of yourself and it really sucks being on a short line for a budjet, when what you really need is a long rope.
I'm on one too, there's a lot of us out here, you're not alone.
So be proud of what you've accomplished do far, you rock!
