AFTER THE WATERING UPDATE

So she picked up real good! The pic is a few hours after water. Right side front had root slicing on up pot, and left front did not. Left side never wilted like right side. Both happy! Right side was a slightly larger plant. It looks like she's going to be a bigger one.

Damn, that's an immediate and very stark move towards the plus side!

Good Saturday Jon! Yeah, what's that saying? It's going to be a while before we can read what difference root slicing makes. I wonder how many cycles before she doesn't wilt or is the same as her sister.? Then if roots are better set for a bigger/healthier plant!

I would imagine it's much like air pruning in that it should stimulate new roots to form which means more root tips. Since the plant feeds from the tips, more tips should equal more input points for nutes and therefore a stronger plant.

The nursey trade does it routinely at pot up to help prevent roots circling the container, but I'd expect the added root tips are at least as important.

Now we're talking! Sounds sensible! Morning Azi! Afternoon?

Amazing looking plants. Root pruning creates ramifications. Exactly as Azi mentioned. It increases the feed roots. It does push hormones down into the root zone for a little bit to heal and grow more roots. But for strong plants with plenty of nutes, they rarely appear to slouch for too long.

I think they're good now. Have been since water o clock yesterday. She was different for a couple of water cycles though. Now to watch for better roots maybe.

Highya SO,

How's your garden grow?!? Haha. Your girls look very healthy. They'll produce a fine looking group of ladies.

We had 88 degrees in the shade. I have most of my garden in. Cannabis goes in ground tomorrow, with a couple more veggies. Been busy.

Hope you're well and high! And your missus. Happy Smokin'

Hey Bode,
What a day we both had, and today is going to be mid 70's. Crazy swings! Last week I was scraping the windshield, yesterday almost 90! Love it!

I have my Candida's indoors still. Today I hope to turn the ground and amend it. Going for June planting.

Haha. I’m in Southern California desert. And we just had a 38f night 2 nights ago. And yesterday was 98f. And right now it’s 58f. I’m actually hoping this stresses my outdoor ladies in the right way.

That ought to bring on the colors Art! That always goes the right way far as I can see. Some day I have to come and see southern California and the area. It's been on the list.

Don't forget to make a u-turn and come back up the coast so ole Baked can smoke you out, get you some grub, and sending you packing with some bud.

POST POT UP TOPPING LOOKSEE UPDATE

Good Sunday folks :yahoo: It's 2 days from water and they all have a nice posture and are growing! Looks like tomorrow or Tuesday will be the first lst day. I'm seeing good growth on the nodes I topped at.

I don't know, 3 or 4 inches now so they should lay down for me ok.
The left Zkittles is catching up? I'm not sure. They're getting close.
Enjoy your day and have a safe week!
