Xlr8's Quest For The Best - 2012

Wow...X, you've really done a great job. Those girls are absolutely beautiful. I love it when they smell like that...make your mouth water when you open the closet/tent/whatever you grow in. Those pics are really nice...I can almost smell it from here. :yahoo:

Nice job my friend...so looking forward to the end results and smoke reports.

:thanks: Sqwheels!

I really appreciate that. I can't wait to see just what these are like once vaporized - the OG Ripper smells fabulous. The Deadhead Ripper smells lemon fuely, which is sometimes realy, really nice - heck I just can't wait to try both! :bong:

I feel like a hero. I am completely caught up to date in this thread and OMM's and have been for at least 3 days.

Pictures from Oct 22 (37 days bloom):

The last week or so has seen a considerable boost in flower size. I've pulled some more fan leaves to keep light penetration decent, but have also spread out the remaining plants a little after removing the "hermie" a few days ago. I'm happy with the amount of bulking/swelling on the lower, secondary budsites so far.

The Deadhead Ripper is insanely resinous and so far really takes after the Deadhead OG part of the lineage in most respects. The OG Ripper has really pretty torpedo/spear shaped buds and seems to be a nice mix of OG Kush mother and the Jack the Ripper father. Both nice looking plants so far - but the lemonade smell of the OG Ripper is driving me crazy with anticipation.

I forgot to take some pics of the Jack the Ripper, but will try to get some next time around. I took these pictures right before lights on yesterday.

Haha, nice job - I guess it does move fast sometimes, huh? OMM's is pretty tough to keep up with for sure - it's like the local hangout. :)

Umm... Humans are omnivores. There's nothing wrong with eating animals. It's the very reason we have a "Meat Group" in our pyramid.

Obviously you didn't watch the movie!

I think we should leave this one at "to each their own".

I loved the heads-up on the movie "Forks over Knives". Whether we choose to follow a path like that is up to each of us individually. I don't think this forum is the place to debate the food pyramid or the merits of cheeseburgers. ;)

No blame, no anger, and no bad vibes on my part -- just suggesting we let this go without starting a dietary debate. Thanks!!
