well x propa said the best thing of all! however i have some ideas, i find some supplements for nerve pain and my leg cramps (i get mad charlie horses a t night) the glucosamine/condrotin with msm is good make sure you take a lil vita c with msm it needs c to activate, valerian root ,gaba, passionflower work well for night time cramps and spazams, also make sure your getting your "ums" calcium, magnesium, potassium minerals are a big problem with our health in usa, i would get the most outrageous mineral supplement you can find ,azomite for ppl! your growing the best nerve pain remedy i know of !
they tried giving me the anti depressants, but all of them make me feel horrid after 1 pill so i never got hooked now i know better! theres this stuff i got at the health food /herb shop called "reumofan plus" for joint pain it works amazing but theres controversy the fda issued a warning that it has drugs in it not listed on the label its made in mexico i still use it but only once in awhile 2-3 times a week ,dont know if its safe but on days i need to be mobile its great! look lt up and decide for yourself, im more scarred of what the fda approves! they always want to ban anything that actually helps us! i will add stuff here as i think of it
I'm taking notes and will add some of this to my current routine. I take a good multivitamin and Papaya and B-complex currently, as well as glucosamine. I'll have to look into reumofan plus... See my last post to Propa, I'm taking my health into my own hand a bit and I'm on a mission. I've made huge strides, though I can't shake the chronic pain and arthritis, unfortunately.
Can't thank you enough for the great tips, BID!
I'm with you about what the FDA approves. Your instincts on the anti-depressants were good and you should feel really relieved that you dodged that bullet. They turn you into a zombie and are hella addictive, despite many doctors saying they aren't. But, they seem to regurgitate the same BS the drug companies give them, which burned me before I learned that lesson...
Thanks again buddy!
