Been vegging plant since january (Grand daddy purple) , topped, split, tied down, grown in a cooler room with some heat off lights, Floros and Cfls, temps id say 15-18c, 24hr light, watered every 2nd, 3rd day or sooner if it feels light, in 4L of top soil and coco mix, only nutes i have used are organic liqud from compost mixed in water, i have no way to read RH in the room and outdoor is 48-80% been smooth growing keepin it low and buffing up stock and stems for the summer when i plant it in the ground to let it grow up and out as far as itll reach..

Been Haven yellow tips for a few days now leafs and today rusty spots.. Tf is goin on here?

Something is up, that's for sure. Someone with more experience will probably help you soon. In the meantime, you may be able to find leaf charts that show the different symptoms. They are in this forum somewhere. That may help.

If I had to guess though, I would say, lock out, I would guess that your PH is way out of wack. get other opinions though. I am very far from being an expert, that's for sure.

Ditto and ditto

And is that a clear pop container it's in
I assume holes in the bottom, can u see the roots?
Seems a bit small of a jug for over a month old, but can't really tell since no full pic of the plant

Checked the towns website tap water is from a natural source and has a ph of 6.0.. So... probley need a bigger (proper) pot to put it in.. And maybe just frsh untreated water rather then mix ive been using? I figured a 4L pot would keep it shorter and thicker but maybe a bit to small..

Even if your water ph is at 6.0 it doesn’t mean your ph can’t drift, and actually, for dirt, that is considered low. I would check it out of the tap, and check your dirt.

It doesn’t appear you have enough drain holes in the bottom, and from the looks of those roots, you need to move fast in transplanting her. They looked discolored and that’s not a good sign.

She looks sound mate. Bit small for the age but she'll grow a bit better now. Looks a bit hungry to me, asuming its not a ph issue id give her a shot of calmag and a little more N but I'm not a soil grower so no idea how best to go about that tbh. Leaves look a bit papery too, are you growing in low humidity? That will slow the growth right down aswell bud.

Growing in a sealed room in my basement (has air exchange)-just a safe room , its cold here this time of year, at the most eastern point of Canada but my basement is rather damp and warm, I have purposely kept temps a bit cooler in the room and stressed the plant from early on i guess it has stunted growth a nice bit.

I did not intend on having yellow leafs and rot spots so ill be adjusting everything to optimize growth from now till the end of may when it goes out and into the earth. Thanks!!

My guess is that the pot you had it in ran out of nuts. Specifically those needed for photosynthesis. That’s why you started getting the yellowing. Chlorosis. That mixed with the small see through container you had her in. I’m assuming you didn’t get the old dirt off and just did a basic transplant. If that’s the case, this will happen again in a few weeks. What I did to fix it was A. Transplanted them from the old soil (knocked off all the soil) into fresh new soil and amended the top with worm castings, glacier rick dust, and some all purpose 4-4-4 dry amendments. Within a few days, all the shoots turned a nice green colour and they shot up like crazy. Also I used Neptune’s fish and seaweed fertilizers every second watering. They are looking the best they have because of it. They looked real bad before haha here’s a before and after. Roughly two week difference.

For your outdoor set up. Look up how to make a supersoil and get prepping it now. Takes a month or two too cool from the cooking but well worth it in the long run. #subcool
