Hey Woods, that's all I have been doing, just buying meds, but nothing beats the certainty of knowing what you have because you grew it yourself. Can't wait to harvest. :wood: Don't get me wrong, not that I am knocking being able to buy your meds legally anytime you wish. :)

Hopefully, Colorado will come around someday to treating it like the plant it is. Anyone of age can grow it, and use it. If farming is your thing then you can farm grow it and be subject to all the agricultural rules farmers must follow like restrictions on herbicides, pesticides and the like, and even take it to the farmer's market or have your own produce stand. We can have standards and quality inspections/certifications for commercial product. And people will be free to choose their favorite farmer as they wish, just like we buy wine today from our favorite vineyard or vintner. But then the special interests wouldn't make money now will they?

Not that I could afford it, but I sure would like the option of buying something different for a change whenever I felt like it.

It's not against the law in most states to make your own wine/beer/booze as long as you don't sell it, right? Should be the same with marijuana. I think whatever a person does behind their own door is their own damn business regardless of any law unless your causing hurt, pain or death. Growing in your own yard should also be sacred as long as it's out of public view. This should have be our right even before the MMJ laws came into being.

It's a PLANT!!! You don't have to do anything to it to make it the way it is!!! Other plants need to be processed to make the evil stuff they do (edited because I don't want to mention anything that might get me in trouble on the boards). But you all know what I mean...

It's all a propaganda mess started by Henry Anslinger... Whats ironic, is that the first Marijuana bust federally, happened in Colorado!!! Now it's part of the constitution, and there are dispensaries!

Oh yea, hubby picked up more White Widow from the dispensary today (knowing that it has seeds in it), and I found another seed. Wonder if I should tell them??? LOL

GD, I think I'll have to come up there and get me an e1/8th meself if I can get 3 or 4 seeds in the package.

Woods, my yard is a part of my palace, even if it is in plain sight. Doesn't Colorado have a make my day law? Or is that make my dog happy law? :)

I hope you have an extended summer and get them all harvested. By October 15th they at least should have some trichs turning cloudy and amber. If you had to harvest, at least you would have some fairly good bud. It's better than no weed! But hoping for a nice warm end to October. I'll talk to the Ganja Gods for you! :tokin:

Man the topic of the completely senseless illegality of weed crept in... and then heartlessness of northern winters too.

I think one of my biggest draws to our happy herb has been the fact that some of us scoff at the law and light up regardless. It's those people that make the weed good.

Winter always come, children are born and we all are going to die.

I am seeing evidence of an actual plague on this planet in the form of meth. It is destroying more lives than the black plague and it is international. Cops like to bust weed smokers and growers because they are not truly desperate addicts. We just say "oh fuck" and let ourselves be arrested. Not a lot of risk for the pig.

Finding ways to extend a growing season is not impossible. Dealing with the mob mentality of weed prohibition is.
 
hey bud so the trip was an eye opener i been meaning to say somthing about that board jus didnt wanna seem @rickish cuz im like that to rock to the wheels fall off no pun intented glad to hear u ok an if im playin this in my head rite u where saved by a weed plant not many can say that at least in that way any who peace n love brother looks like you be done in no time

that bubba is something else....just shows a few things....our indoor crops are fine, but, add nature and you gotta PLANT..may have to chance one outdoors next yr. can sure see how you get pounds off of them....and im happy with 3 oz right now per plant....working on the illusive qp a plant...i can see that it is poss. in doors, but outside...wow....would be hard to go back to inside....anyway, they look great, and can see why you worry about them and so does wife....alot to lose...get that darn patio covered up....there is no way a mere tomatoe or basil can covver that....lol...L:cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo:

oh, that is brilliant....hadnt thought of that...a plot...yes, they pushed the basil off the patiio, knowing there was a hole there, and knew he would come to see, thereby falling thru, and then he would be unable to "kill" them when the time came....they are diabolical....and big enough to carry it off....lol...L:tokin:
 
Thank you for all your great comments! I've been dealing all day with a migraine that just won't go away. I'll reply to all of your great comments after a good nights sleep (hoping I can at least). Most headaches I get I can deal with, or at least my medication can deal with. This time it didn't or hasn't worked so good. I not only look like this :rasta: (normal good looks) but I feel like this!:rasta:
