Woodsman Outdoors

awsome man! great job! I hope that fairy that came around will help keep the bugs out!! Hows the seedlng doing? did your other one pop yet? I'm just amazed that they even survived the smashfest! Keep up the great work man! I cant hardly wait to see the monster yield your going to have off of those bigguns! Yea!
:cheertwo::popcorn::cheertwo:

Only the one popped and on that one the tap root isn't growing out? I'll put it in soil today and see what happens.

I still have bugs, Japanese Beetles, various moths and occasional evidence of white flies (white sh*t on stem or under a leaf). At this point though the plants are way too big for anything to do any lethal damage and I am keeping a very close eye on their development. Bud rot will be on my mind for the last three months.

I can only imagine what I'll have to manicure when this is done! I'll have to stock up on arthritis medication, ice packs etc.!

Hi woods, your gals are amazing,i can see you grinning from here.:cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo:

HH

Remember back before this grow, I had mentioned that I always like to hang out with my outdoor girls. When the sun goes down, I'm out there quite a bit now, me and a bowl of the Runt or Big Girl. Ahhh the good life!

Call me crazy but I like to talk to and smoke out my plants, indoor or outdoor. Plants are organisms too, I think the possitive energy makes them grow even bigger and stronger.

:bravo: wood looking super good

Thank you buddy! I am impressed myself with the progress of the grow. This is the first of the many outdoor grows I've done that I'm actually growing correctly! Thanks to the great folks here at 420Mag. I never new anything about pH or the different applications of soil, ferts, and organic insecticides. All of these are now going to be with me forever. I can only get better at it the more I learn.

Not crazy Odin your a normal grower! I don't know if mine speak English? I'll ask them next time out! I did smoke some of the Runt first harvest the other day and made a point of blowing some smoke at her!

I'm hoping that she will be even more potent grown outdoors in the Sun.

Howdy Pappy! Good to see ya here my friend.
I must check yours out Pappy as it looks like you are a busy guy!

Going to bed now so I'm going to reply to you guys and then shut her down. Driving to my brothers very early in the AM to help him out with his garage. Supposed to go this weekend to help him, but Home Depot wouldn't deliver the stuff till Monday! Got to meet them bright and early in the morning.

I also talk to mine in spanish. I figure those are two pretty common languages, hopefully they understand at least one of them. :)

Are you flirting with your Senoritas? Oh the shame of it all! LOL!

Lemongrass hmmm? Wife has one growing outside right next to my stuff. Wonder if she'd miss several of the shoots? Maybe not, I value my life! Thanks Holy for the suggestion. I wonder if just having a lot of them surrounding my stuff will work. "Hon, how would you like to have a bunch of those lemongrass plants?"

Hey Mr Woodsman, just wanted to drop in and say WOW! your garden looks amazing...I cant get over how beautifully green they are, nice! Good goin! I think im goin to go back through your journal and recap, been real fun getting to tag along.

Oh and nice pipes man Very nice, Big props for making them yourself!

Keep growin GOOD!

Well Woodsman.

What can I say. Nothing I think. I have one girl outside and she is half the size of yours. As you always hear I am sure, Good Job! I wish that I had the space that you have to do something like that outside. Maybe that is one thing that I miss about WI. Wow, I never thought that I would say that.

I should be around a little bit more now and I am looking forward to the "little ladies" development!

Keep it up bro!

Hi Woodsman :)

Granny420 used Lemon grass Essential Oil. The essence was squeezed out of the flowers. Got a press? Available on eBay for about 10 bucks. Sure kills indoor odors too! :yahoo: :peace:

Hello OMM, will a 5 lb hammer work? LOL I don't think my wife would go for that.

Glad to have ya back with the growing Velo my old friend!

Just took a look over at your new grow by the way and "HOLY SH*T" You sure don't do anything 'half a**'! Folks, Velo is in the process of 'framing' two brand new adjoining rooms (veg and flower). If your into seeing great photography and tremendous ingenuity and massive lighting systems, you've got to follow his new grow. Amazing things are to come buddy, good luck and welcome home my friend!

Another crazy Coloradan has landed folks! Get the woman and children off the street!:grinjoint:

Mini Update

Last night I re-potted my Bubba Kush from it's 16 oz cup to a 2.5 gal (I think it's 2.5). I also gave it veg ferts for the first time. I also fed the rest of the group another full dose of veg ferts (only veg ferts). since they are still growing and are not really in flower yet. I had been giving them a light combination of both veg and flower ferts.

I also transferred the one G13 X Purple Nepalese seed that had popped from it's dish to a 16 oz cup. I've got it indoors with a Saran Wrap cover (with holes) over the top. Hopefully a seedling will emerge in the next few days! It will have a very minimal grow and flower time so it is more of an experiment to see if it will have enough time to finish.

Always up to something around here. Just dropping by to make sure you are staying out of trouble. And to sneak a peak at the ladies.

This photo of an "in the ground" outdoor plant. This photo was taken on July 19.

It has now grown to massive porportions. I'm getting a little paranoid thinking they might be able to see it from outer space.

AS soon as I get a camera here, I'll update her progress.

In the ground definitely allows the ladies a chance to really reach their potential.

Great looking grow Wood, and nice selection of genis. I'm afraid my large lady is a bagseed. Once she flowers/buds up I'll be on a mission to identify her strain.

Its funny you say that Woodsman, Im doing the same. I have a trainwreck clone that wont live if it doesnt finish before... october or november... gunna try to force flower it quickly :)

Wish you the best with that Trainwreck my friend, If I could get even a little bud from her I will be happy! The Bubba Kush is now looking like it will get to that point with no problem. Not a big plant, but enough to add to the variety. Like most 'name brand' strains, I've never had any of them!

Nice plant Boot! Must be a bit larger now a few weeks later. You have a chance for that girl to reach it's maximum potential being in the ground. You ought to be able to nail a 'do not mess with this plant' sign to it's trunk!

gorgeous...just gorgeous....L:peace::rollit:

Why thank you Lady L! Quite an accomplishment coming from one of the foremost growers I know!

I know I just lurk here but its been awhile since I've seen you Woodsman. Kinda got one of those kind of feelings that I'd swing by and check up on you if I knew you. Hope all is well and I look forward to seeing you around soon.

Nice of you to drop in Elbee, You can lurk anytime you like!
