I'm going to hang a wet towel or two in there, to help the humidity level. And I'll mist the girls with the light turned down to keep from burning spots on them. The fan is above the leaves, but I will raise that a bit too.Low humidity and/or wind burn [same thing really] - it's a sign that the leaf is being dried too quickly one way or another
Is there a fan blowing directly onto those leaves? You've raised the light, so you could try turning the lamp down a bit and apply a light misting before those edges turn crispy, should resolve the problem in a few hours
