Why Not's Platinum Kush Grow

Just as I expected, the Health Canada paperwork is not signed yet. Doctors are so worried. Maybe next week, probably not.
Plants continue to do well. Minimal shock from the move into the tent. Should do well in the tent with perfect darkness and 2K lighting being reflected everywhere.

Sorry it took so long to answer. Yes the Purple Kush And Purple Kush auto flower all came from CK. I am saving them for next year's grow because it gets cold here.

My seeds (Early Miss) come from Crop King in BC Canada. They ship world wide. My clones (Platinum Kush) came from a local head shop. Next year I have CK Purple Kush fem, Purple Kush auto in hand and will order either Blue Cookies (28% THC) or Green Crack or Crown Royal, just 10 seeds. Also some auto flower so they do not have to be in the tent.

Plants continue to do well. Minimal shock from the move into the tent. Should do well in the tent with perfect darkness and 2K lighting being reflected everywhere. Seedlings continue their slow pace to adulthood. Smell from the grow increasing, good filters.
 
I ordered two more things from on-line last night. More tools for curing my crop. I still need ten (?) 32 oz. wide mouth glass jars. But the moisture meter to fit inside one jar (Caliber IV hygrometer) and moisture adjusting packets (Boveda 62 Humidipak) for each of the ten jars are on their way. Jars at the dollar store. These ten jars will hold maybe 15 oz. I am unsure of how many ounces my five Platinum Kush will produce. Deb put some sticks in the plants to help hold them up. Why? Because the buds are getting heavy. (Aww) The one arm of a plant I had to move to the other side of the stick to hold it up, seemed to be buds all the way up the arm and they are growing together, maybe to make one big bud. (Again Aww) Pictures will follow of course. I think I am going to be impressed by this project's output. This Advanced Nutrients grow is beginning to look like a real winner.
The seven Early Miss seedlings are developing another set of leaves. They are now on the front deck for the day of sunshine. I gave them a bit more than a sip of water today. They spend the night under the grow light in the tent. This moving the containers around will stop (hurts my back) when they get to the vegetative state and they get the tent all the time. This is going to be a Ganja Brand grow, let's see how well it does against my last.
The seeds that did not germinate, I have put back in water to soak. Two are still floating, I discarded the one that sunk, it was black.
The Pineapple Express clone is growing like crazy, a mass of leaves coming up all at once. This plant is essentially in vegetative state now. In four weeks, it will require 12 hours dark during the flowering stage, my seven Early Miss will not. I must think on this, maybe use both parts of the tent at once but was hoping for the whole area for the seven. They get wide. I do have a neighbour that has a Pineapple Express clone and a tent too.
Let's just say, I am pleased with how things are progressing.
 
Ran out of Advanced Nutrients Bloom B, so changing over to Ganja Brand Bloom A & B for the rest of the Platinum Kush grow. No, you can not just use the B from another brand, it does not work that way. I still add the Big Bud and B-52 for the next ten days then drop the Big Bud for two weeks of Bloom A & B plus B-52 and Overdrive. That is it for nutrients, then one week flush with pure water. After that, one week hanging, drying; buds put in jars next. I have read over two or three methods of drying and curing the buds. I will have a sample at week two of curing but will aim for three - four weeks curing. I have the hydrometer for a jar and the 62% moisture packets for all the jars. I ordered again, 20 packets this time, enough for this and the next grow, which are now seedlings.
The seven seedlings are slowly getting bigger and taller. Just a hint of the next set of leaves. Once a certain mass of leaves are up and running, this should take off. They are auto flower, Early Miss for pain and appetite. My grower friend does not think much of auto flower. I have no opinion yet. I will tell you later. Any input from you guys?
The Pineapple Express single plant clone is just going nuts. I have it on weak root enhancers. It has a canopy of leaves it has just grown. If this continues, I will switch it to full strength feedings next week.
I wish your grow is doing as well or better. Really can not judge them until you know what output they each did. The quality of that output too, say no more. Still a ways to go. Enjoy your chores as you water or move plants around, whistle while you work. Take pride in what you are doing. This is hard work. Plant containers now in their afternoon sunny spot out back on the deck. At 7 pm they go under the lights for the night. I water the Platinum Kush tonight and for the first time I use Ganja Brand Bloom A & B. Maybe get the trimming done. Will pull each plant out, trim them then return them to the tent. A shuffle of the girls won't hurt. OK, had to pull out three but climbed in and got the last two done. Put everything back together and watered the girls, even the seedlings. Zipped up tent tight till tomorrow morning.
 
The Early Miss seedlings have additional leaves forming. They are getting taller. They are still in a vulnerable stage. Keeping a very close eye on them, sips of water. Nice sunny day. The Pineapple Express continues to grow quickly. The Platinum Kush is sleeping for now. All is good.
 
Amazon has things working very well. The Caliber IV Digital hygrometer arrived today, nice and compact. B-62's, the humidity packets are not here yet. Gave Deb cash to get the jars. We both hope I need more jars. Still three and a bit weeks left, but I am getting ready. Deb found jars but not wide mouth. Might have to drive to Milton to get wide mouth. Glad of the time now.
 
Note for Canadians and Europeans. A 1 Liter glass jar is 35.19 oz. seems acceptable. WM stands for Wide Mouth. Wal-Mart has good prices. Dollar store does not have Wide Mouth 32 oz. just regular.
 
Went out and got 12 wide mouth 1 L glass jars. My mind boggles when I consider they will be full of buds soon. Get home and the B-62 (my new name for the Boveda 62% RH packs) humidity packets arrived. This was the second order of 20, the first order of 10 has not arrived yet. Needed enough B-62's for the 14 jars I bet I would produce. I could say I know the grower and have inside information, but he knows nothing. Hoping I need to rush out and get 12 more jars. I am now ready with all the equipment and supplies for the final steps.
Saw a picture of the Pineapple Rush plant, the leaves have easily doubled in volume.
The new set of leaves on the Early Miss seedlings are getting bigger. They are getting taller, I will watch and use twigs if necessary to hold up the leaves, they are not plants as of yet. The nutrients will toughen up the stalk. The stalk must be strong to hold up all those buds. Right now the seedlings are on the front deck enjoying the sun.
The Platinum Kush are looking really very nice, developing more smells, so happy the Mountainair MA 620 is set up and working properly. They are trimmed up nicely, buds stand out under the grow lights. One week and one more day of Big Bud. You really can not see that much of the plant when they are crowded into the grow tent.

A friend also has a Pineapple Express clone. We got them at the same time. I will get a picture of both later to compare their growth. Almost 7 pm, time to move the seedlings and Pineapple into the tent. Will water the Platinum Kush with the final Big Bud. Here ..... I know it is fuzzy but the lights bother my eyes.

Rainy day. Could use another grow light for the nursery part of my grow tent. Nursery is 1x4, main room 4x4, there is a divider. Same light will be used for the plants not needing 12 hours darkness, so outside of the grow tent but inside the shed. How many watts should I go? 400, 600 or 1,000?
 
Well it is my birthday soon so I bought myself another present. 900 watts Grow Light, I will use it in the nursery (4x1) and later for the auto flower plants in a 2.5x2.5 ft. area. This gives me two growing areas (other light is 2K watts) so depending on the needs of the plant, I can cover vegetative to bloom, feminized to auto flower, both at once if necessary!.
I started a couple of the auto flower Purple Kush seeds, the others are not that far ahead yet. It is a long time till the plants I will start in February mature. I just put three seeds into filtered water. This way they will colour well if they ripen as the weather gets cooler. Start the Purple clock. Was advised the auto flower will thrive in a 3 gal bucket, this makes it easier to fit the girls in.
That will make 1 Pineapple Express feminized clone. 7 Early Miss and 3 Purple Kush auto flowers seedlings going right now. Probably 24 oz. right there. The crop now finishing, I hope for 14 - 20 oz.. I will adjust these numbers with reality once my crop is in. These two batches will get me October through to July if I keep my consumption to 3 grams a day, not 4 my current prescription calls for.
This leaves me 5 Purple Kush feminized and 4 Purple Kush auto flower seeds left. A grow will be 6? feminized plants in the 4x5 grand ballroom and 6? auto flowers off to the side in the shed. I will buy (5) either Green Crack or Crown Royal feminized seeds and (2x5) of White Widow, Jack Herer or Northern Lights auto flower. Two grows a year.
Makes 12 x 2-3-4 oz./ fem plant + 12 x 1.5-2.0-2.5 oz./auto plant = 24 + 18 = 42 or 36 + 24 = 60 or 48 + 30 = 78 oz.. I only need 51.5 oz., so I can make adjustments on the second grow or increase my canna baking or add a few more auto flower plants as needed. There is a hydraulic press at the Grow Shop, I would love to make my own shatters etc. When my hip gets replaced I will have to give up smoking for a while, so my gummy bears are going have to be exceptionally dangerously strong. These estimates of growth come from a book not reality. Wide range though to balance.
